Voltz VR Laser Tag & Escape Rooms

VR Escape Room!! WHO KNEW?! This was our first time trying a VR Escape Room and we cannot wait to come back! We love escape rooms and NOW we will ONLY do VR!! It's THAT AWESOME!! Check in was easy, the facility is clean and organized. We will most DEFINITELY be back!!!!

We unfortunately haven't gotten a chance to try out the VR here, but I wanted to write a review for their outstanding service. I had a VR reservation booked for my siblings and I for a Saturday afternoon. We were all driving in from different regions (Bay Area, San Diego, Fullerton) and were looking forward to spending time together doing VR. A little while before our reservation, Leland gave me a call to notify me that the internet was down and they were working to bring it back online. Our reservation would need to get pushed back, but they might not have it back on until the evening. Since we were driving from pretty far, we could only wait an extra hour or two. I explained this to Leland and he was very apologetic of the situation (it was outside his control). He offered us a refund, as well as a couple comped activities the next time we're in town and want to try out the location again. Leland went above and beyond to ensure solid communication throughout the day and that we're inclined to give it another chance when we're back in the area. Just for the service alone, I'd give them 5 stars :)

Thanks to Leland, Richie, and staff my son and our guests had an amazing time celebrating his 10th birthday! There was so much to do, my guests enjoyed them all- from VR Lasertag, VR Escape room, karaoke, pool and arcade games. It was all of first time there and my son rated VoltzVR 10/10!! We will definitely come back!

Very awesome place to go with your friends or spouse to have some fun! Javi, was very friendly and took care of us while we were there! The game master we had did a great job (forgot her name though!). I definitely recommend the VR laser tag... that's a blast! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some fun. Reasonable pricing as well.

I love it here! I'm always so happy with the service, especially employee Jamie. He's always so patient and helpful. Preferably a new xbox in their vip room. Their rock band would not load. Aside from that issue, very pleased with my time there

i went here for vr with friends and it was worth the experience. it was fun and you get to team up with your teammates to beat the game. i highly recommend bringing your friends here as an activity esp if you love playing games or figuring out puzzle games.customer service is nice and the place is big.

This is located upstairs in a mall near JC Penney.We reserved the Goblin Quest adventure online for 4 girls, ages 10-16. This was their first time doing a VR escape room. They all had so much fun and completed their mission. I'd recommend reservations since space is limited. They also have space for one or two players games.

Myself and my two nephews took on the Goblin Quest adventure. For $33 a person, I think it was pretty lower to mid range for an Escape room. I think that it's very cool that there is so little setup, which probably keeps costs down. We were able to be completely immersed in this story, to the point where we become the goblins. Unfortunately, my younger nephew got quite scared in the beginning part, where you're stuck in a jail cell. He opted out for the rest of the quest, and with there were puzzles that needed all three players to participate, the game facilitator stepped in and did the 3rd part. The remaining nephew and myself had a super fun time solving all the puzzles, which were somewhat challenging but nothing preteens wouldn't be able to handle. Highly recommend this activity, and the discount on laser tag around the corner sweetens the pot.

This place is AWESOME for birthday parties. They keep the kids totally entertained, have an awesome set up and clean everything! Zack was a fabulous host.

Called and talked to someone who said we wouldn't need a reservation if coming during the week. Showed up and the gate was closed even though they were supposed to be open. Called and talked to someone who kinda gave us the runaround and but eventually came to the front and talked to us through the gate, very hesitant to let us in. He told us he didn't know how to operate anything and it would be a wait before someone could get us in and started. We decided to skip all the drama (and creepy empty mall) and headed to another VR experience that was awesome!
