First time dinning at Vittorio's.Very cozy and traditional Italian ambiance. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Specifically, our server was awesome and very attentive. The food was good. Our group ordered an array of dishes, including lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, and I ordered the chicken piccata. We also had the appetizer sampler, which was had fried mozzarella, calamari, fried zucchini and fried artichokes. Considering that there were 6 of us with appetizers, lots of wine, and entrees, our bill was very reasonable. On my next trip, I'll give their pizza a spin as they are known for their pies.

The ambiance was great. The service on New Years eve was very good, Tt was a prefix dinner menu Shrimp cocktail was 2 smallish shrimp in a bottled sauce served in a fancy cup that just made it worse.the Caprese salad was very good.We had to ask for bread, it was good. The lobster bisque was really bad, the base was an ok riff on something canned? but whatever fish flesh was in that mess was so tough and tasteless that we just left it, anticipating the entree....he sauce for the lasagna Forno was excellent. The Veal scallopini was tough but the sauce was tasty... The lasagna al forne was excellent. Lots of delicious sauce, a human sized portion of the actual pasta. No complaints. The dessert was very good.We ordered a bottle of the Gawd awful prosecco from the menu, (listed as 11.00 on the menu, BILLED AT $80) This alone will be reason that we don't go back. It was mismarked and was quite musty when not well chilled. We tipped the rest out when we tried it at home. There are plenty of good Italian restaurants in town. For $250 they could have done better. We won't be back.

I have been looking for a new Italian restaurant with that old school vibe ever since my old family go-to restaurant closed years ago(RIP Ninos). Most are plain and ordinary. I was very happy seeing pictures online and once I was there I felt it was exactly what I was looking for. After a snafu with our reservations, we were seated in a nice booth next to the piano bar. The hostess asked if we wanted to sit in there but since it was our first time, and it was a party of 5, I decided to stick with our booth. We could here the lovely singer and all the music though. Our waiter Jordan was excellent. He got off to a rough start since they were out of a certain wine I picked and the gnocchi was MIA but, we made other choices that ended up being perfect. We ordered the calamari, spaghetti with meat sauce(1 with Italian sausage), cheese ravioli, fettucine alfredo, and a Hawaiian pizza. We also got spumoni and chocolate cake for desert. My wife never finishes her meal and she polished off the ravioli. My mom was the happiest I have seen in a restaurant in years. Everyone was extremely happy with there meal. Jordan made the night fun too. I think I speak for my parents, my wife, and my daughter when I say we cannot wait to come back.

September 2024Food - Great! We ordered the Hawaiian pizza & Ravioli. The pizza was perfectly made, slightly crunchy crust, good sauce. My husband liked his ravioli, if he's happy that means "goodness". My cocktails were very good as well. Service - Good :) We liked our guy, he was hustling from the moment we walked in.Ambiance - Old School to the max! But I liked it, made me feel like I was back in time.

Listen up. If you know you know. I'm gonna tell you something I'm not gonna regret, and you're not gonna regret it either.....that is, after I tell you about it. If you know you know. You know what? I'll tell you what I mean by that. If you know you know means: it's all about the chicken picatta here. Not that many other places are gonna do you this good like this place. Let me tell you: the people, here, in this place, they get it. That's not everything. Everything here, inside, well, let's just say the lights are dim. What else? Let me give you a picture of it to think about. You walk in, you're all alone. There's a 500 pound man sitting on a barstool. He looks at you in the face, and he smiles. He winks out of the corner of his face. Then, he passes you something. You look down, in your hand that looks like it just came out of a shrimp's mouth, and you open up the side of your face to see a little smile coming through. Suddenly the sun is shining through the backdoor. Way behind the back of the chair is a little whistle. A train whistle and you hop on board. Something mysterious is happening. You take out a piece of paper folded up in your pocket, and hand it to the man. He crawls into a little corner of the room and he starts changing into a onesie space suit. A little cell phone covered in shrimp and crab meat pops out of a sulfur deposit in the wall, and you stick your head in front of it to get a whiff. It smells like cotton candy burning sweetly on a spoon, the crackling sound and raindrops falling in your mind's eye. A spiral of birdsong swirls through the jungle canopy and fresh gusts of air that elevate your senses on top of the Grand Canyon. A lemon zest, the soft, buttery broccoli. The capers and carrots, zucchini and onions. The 500 pound man has now swallowed us whole.

We went to Vittorio's to celebrate a birthday. We had a great time. The ambiance was classy. Wonderful red leather booths. Because they have beautiful carpet, table cloths, cloth napkins and the booth is was quiet and pleasant. Our waiter was terrific, pleasant fun and professional at the same time. The food was great as well.

I love this place! The ambiance feels vintage and the service is great. Live music sometimes as well. The food is really delicious - from the salad to the garlic bread, to the pasta that I'm obsessed with. I recommend!

Best Italian food in California! I grew up on the East Coast surrounded by authentic Italian food and I moved out here 5 years ago and hadn't found a place I loved, but I fell in love with this place. It's so romantic and pretty inside and the music just sets the mood. But the food, oh the food is soooo good. I ordered pizza, garlic bread, gnocchi, and the spinach artichoke dip and everything was so amazing. Definitely a place you need to check out if you love Italian Food!

Stopped in last weekend when craving Italian. Did a glass of cab, the bruschetta app and the veal parm. Solid all the way around. Great ambiance, soft wood, muted light, and great food. Loved the marinara and veal. The bruschetta was crisp and fresh. They serve with a flatbread, which works for me. It's been a minute since I've been here, but definitely requires a return trip. The food is really excellent. No disappointments for me. Pricing is average and I believe they hit above the belt for price vs quality.
