So many friendly vendors! I love to see the community come together every Friday here. I came by to pickup a green juice, incredibly delicious! Thank you Fancy Juice!

Whittier is such a great city, so walkable and engaging with the community! One of the reasons I think so highly of this city is this farmers market. It's from 9am-2pm. Good variety of vendors with fair and reasonable prices. I bought a dozen eggs for $6 and mix and matched strawberries, blueberries, raspberries for $12. Everything is grown ethically and free from pesticides. They also have a coffee and pastry vendor. I can say the cold brew from the coffee vendor is great and the pastries are always a special treat for me when I get my steps in walking to this market. I have noticed many cities farmers markets are on either weekends or evenings and I am happy this farmers market is on Friday morning since it's one of my days off and the uptown area isn't as crowded.

Tried out the farmers market during covid season. Very organized entrance and exit. Upon entrance, everybody must wash hands at their sinks. Stands are well spaced. No eating food onsite. Scored some very fresh citrus and chilis. Also some fresh seafood. I will be back.

I went to this farmer's market for the first time this Friday. It was very nice and the vendors they had, while very few, had a good variety of fruits and veggies and other yummy options. I like how clean everything is and I was pleasantly surprised by the space provided for social distancing. I will definitely be back. I really enjoyed some tamales I got and a fancy juice.. plus I took some delicious fruit home.

Variety of items found and vendors. At the entrance one needs to wash her or his hands in this coolest portable hand wash. First time and glad that it was my first time because I feel the experience is memorable due to our life change. It was a wonderful feeling to purchase straight to the vendor. Recommend it and take your face mask too

What a disappointment!! The blackberries were tart. And, they were half as much as you would expect. Can you say sleight of hand baskets! Not cool. Apricots were horrible! I would not be surprised if these vendors went to Ralph's and just basketed up their fruit. No love or taste here. The Nipomo merchants, however, had tasty strawberries, otherwise, stay away! And oh, the carnival barker dressed up in his suit was a joke.Waste of money! Whittier, you need to do better. We are better than this.
