The OG spot in T town for over 25 years. Half corner market for everyone and half butcher counter and hidden gem. I mostly come here for the Butcher counter. It truly is awesome, and filled with so many random cuts you wouldn't get at a normal store. I love their Cecina (lightly dried and salty thin beef), their homemade chorizo, and the best damn pollo prepardo I've ever had! Sometimes i get the marinated ranchero (carne Asada style) but it's not amazing. I always get a couple containers of salsa Rojo, their green is good too if you like ultra ultra explosive diarrhea hot. They even have some quality cotija and tortillas brought in daily from different purveyors. I always bring my 9 year old and we get a Mexican fruit ice cream bar on the way out and make a morning of it. I love local places like this serving the community. I hope they never change.

This is my neighborhood market. Literally. If I cross the street and walk behind the King Liquor, I'm looking at their front door. This is your basic "fruit and veggies in the front and meat case in the back" type of market with many Springfield brand products lining the store shelves. It's great for when you run out of basics and don't feel like hopping in your car and braving the masses at the super market chain stores you would normally shop at. It's also great for that impromptu BBQ and you want the freshest meat around. And you thought it was a scary place with big slabs of meat hanging off hooks and the whole pig heads staring you down like those asian markets, hehehe... No, no, not at all.

EVERYTHING here is way over priced. All the ladys that work the register always have have b!#ch faces. Always flat with their services. The meat is not fresh what so ever.

It's such a shame for this place to have a sign at the door requiring employees and customers to wear a face mask and as you enter several employees are not wearing a face mask, like why? That is so disrespectful. This place isn't following the California guidelines, they should take COVID-19 more serious. We should protect each other as it says on the door. If I could give 0 stars, I would do it they don't deserve 1 star.

I have always gone to this carnicería because they're meat is always fresh and i've recommended this place to many people but today i went and i came out disappointed because they're workers did not have a face mask. Face masks should be mandatory to everyone especially them because they interact with customers.

Clean, fully stocked- great little supermarket for something missing to finish your meal. The meat is always fresh, the butchers will cut and prepare any way you like. Don Mario is the best :0)The sweet bread at this shop is bomb- - the conchas & sweet muffins; come out at noon - that's the time they are fresh out of the oven..(in store oven !!) Better then grand bakery .I promise. TUSTIN HIDDEN TREASURE !!!
