The food is great!The staff is so cool, friendly and chill!I tried the pastrami sandwich and ordered a family pack for the family (set of 5 combos, not 4) great deal and really good food! I would highly recommend!!

If you want a deliciously charred burger, this is your place. I got a cheeseburger and was very pleased.I went through the drive through, so I don't know how the inside was. Service was great as you would expect.Definitely recommended.

WOW absolutely amazing. I been to troys the one in Los Angeles. And seen troys here. Wow. Great service. Very roomie. Employees nice and welcoming. I had the cali burger it was amazing mind you I had Troy's before wanted to see also if there was a taste in difference. The food was fresh and fries were amazing. Everything tasted wonderful. Great atmosphere.Now next time I come here I'm a have to taste the breakfast burrito cuz the troys in la on York blvd I love troys breakfast burritos so that's what I'll order next.

Contemplating which spot to go to. Andy's is a next door competitor, which I like, but feels like customer service is a bit let down (not friendly). Wanted to try Troys from word of mouth, plus it's a known local favorite. First time here, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. So many choices but I think the staple for places like this are the chili cheese fries, so I ordered that. My family got a Patty melt, veggie burger and the standard Troy hamburger. Let me say, we were happy we came here. The food was delicious and got to us in less than 10 minutes fresh.The staff was thoughtful to give us 3 forks for the huge Chile fries for sharing. They were super delicious, cheesy, great chili, and something I highly recommend for newcomers. The location is a bit outdated, but they make it up the quality of food and service. It's no wonder people rave about Troys. Love it.

Updated review: Finally ordered the Troy Pack (5 hamburges, 5 fries and 5 sodas)! It's caught my eye for awhile but never have enough people to finish it AND it's still $29.99 in July 2024!!!So, despite being a party of three, we ordered it and they were nice enough to make three for dine in and two for to go. Service was very good and also get the fried zucchini here with ranch dressing! Everything made fresh to order.

3.5 stars, so I rounded up on the rating. This is one of your pretty standard quick-service diner type establishments, with everything from burgers to breakfast to Mexican food. I liked the bright red booths of the interior and they had a couple TVs.I ordered the Cali Chicken Sandwich and made it a combo for $5 more with fries and a drink. Added a ranch which tacked on another $1, for a total of over $20 after tax. The sandwich was tasty, and the fries were fresh. Really similar tasting to all the other spots like this, nothing unique. I also thought there was nothing special about the ranch. I docked 1 star for the pricing; I think even in this economy $20 is steep for a combo meal. I docked another half star because the table was dirty and I cleaned it myself. Other than that, it was a solid meal with friendly service.

1st time there. Employee have good attitude and help you. Had breakfast burrito @230pm i know kinda late. It was still amazing. You have to get both red and green sauce also. Ambiance is was chill wish I could hear the music a little bit more but no complaints and there clean
