I went to this place on September 14, shortly after it opened. The older lady at the check out barely showed any personality and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking a simple question. I've never felt dismissed like that before, but it seemed intentional. Other than that, the place is nice. (I'm not looking for excuses no need to reply to this message and yes, I have the right location )

I absolutely adore Total Wine and More! This is a great location, it's so much bigger than it looks and the staff is very helpful! The only thing they were missing, was my favorite sake which is Wakatake Daijingo It's a beautiful store and they have really good deals and staff recommendations!!I highly recommend coming here!

This location is one of my favorite Total Wines to go to! The staff has always been very friendly and helpful when I've had to ask where something is located. They also were very helpful one time when my boyfriend and I forgot to get something for an event and needed it chilled quickly. One of the staff members helped show us to quick chiller at the front of the store, and we will definitely be using it again in the future!

Didn't think I would write a review for a total wine visit but I was overall impressed by the assistance of Tony. He not only answered all our questions but gave some amazing suggestions for everything we were looking for and even told us a little background about every wine we inquired about. We got to try some amazing wines and left with some great stuff for the holidays.

I like this location :). They weren't able to help me find the alcohol I needed, but somehow I ended up finding a midsized bottle myself near the barrier between the front and the rest oc the hard liquor. I haven't seen them do tastings here but I always end up spending more buying little bottles to taste test. Like this macadamia nut vodka! I'm impressed by the sommelier? The liquor expert is friendly and seems like he knows his stuff well. He was recommending from tequila to wine for customers. They automatically bag in a paper bag, overall staff seem friendly. Variety is solid, I only wish there were more individual hard seltzer especially like asian varieties as I've been wanting to try them.

When my local store was out of the wine I was looking for, I had to take a trip to their Newport Beach location.Looks can be deceiving. Outside it looks tiny. Even the parking lot is tiny, but the inside is tiered and all of their beer is in the back.Did I find what I was looking for? Yes. But let me say the gem in this store is their Saturday morning checker named James. So cheerful and just a joy to be around. I hope Total Wine recognizes his customer skills are A+++.

GREAT DEAL ! My wife and I were over this way today doing a spot of shopping. I like buying my craft beer at Total Wine & More stores because they have a very good range of American premium craft beers and imported Belgian varieties...and their prices are pretty decent. We hit this place around 11am this morning and things looked pretty quiet when we walked inside. A helpful male employee pointed us in the direction of BOOZE ALLEY when I asked the question. I grabbed 1 x 4 pack of Unibroue "La Fin Du Monde" Belgian Style Tripel Ale, 1 x 4 pack of Wild Barrel Brewing "Catch You On The Hazy Side" Hazy Juicy IPA, 1 x 4 pack of Coronado Brewing "Cloudbreak" Hazy IPA and 1 x 6 pack of Brooklyn Brewery "Pulp Art" Hazy IPA...something new. IT'S ALL GOOD ! We headed to a checkout. Now my wife is on their rewards list....yes they do actually have rewards for various things. On this occasion it was a $10 discount for our cumulative spending...I drink a lot of good beer. Our $57 total became $47.....gotta love that. This is not a bad store if you are looking for craft beer but their selection is pretty poor when compared to other Total Wine & More locations....no Garage Brewing Co Belgian Style Tripel Ale......come on !NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics in 2022 I can tell you what is great !
