CASH ONLY establishment which is important to know upfront. For any party or potluck, I always order egg rolls from this spot. They're able to accommodate large orders the same day you order them but they do stop taking orders at some point in the day. What I like most about their egg rolls is that they don't start frying them until right before your pick up time so they're always crisp and fresh!

found this place a couple of weeks ago just a few doors down from Cococane. ordered 15 pork egg rolls and was told it'd be a 10 minute wait. the shop was clean and the man and woman behind the counter were friendly! i was surprised by how good the egg rolls were, they seem to be fried fresh to order because they were still piping hot and crispy. the flavor was delicious and the filling was moist. the prices in this place are absolutely great for the quality of food you get, and i definitely plan on going back again!

We've been getting our pork with shrimp eggrolls for years now. Both fried and frozen. Taste never changed. Stays crispy after several hours. The place is clean and the owner's always nice. A lot of parking.

After finding this gem 3 years ago, we've been religious about ordering their eggrolls for parties and potlucks'. They fry them fresh, prices are steal, pork and shrimp eggrolls are both delicious! They only take cash and be sure to place an order before you head out since they don't take ore orders!

Bought eggrolls for a gathering. Tastes great and always a huge hit. We also come here to buy a bag of 50 frozen eggrolls, they heat up well in the airfryer.

Had chả giò thịt heo at a Super Bowl party and they were so delicious I had to ask where they got them. I thought it would be a good item to bring to my next pot luck. Even though this place is quite a drive for me, I decided to place a phone order for the pork egg rolls, which you should probably do if you are wanting them cooked. I saw other reviews referring to communication when ordering, but I had no issues, they just took my name, phone number, pickup date/ time and reminded me it was cash only. When picking up the order it was easy, I just gave my name and the food was ready. I suggest buying the sweet chili sauce for $5, you'll thank me later. The location is in a strip mall with many other food related businesses (a couple of bakeries, grocery, etc. ) and looks like most other fast serve restaurants in the area.

Vietnamese egg rolls, or cha gio, are the best kinds of egg rolls. I might be biased in declaring that since I'm Vietnamese but I find that our egg rolls have better fillings, generously stuffed with protein, and less of the cabbage fillers and things. For my nephew's birthday I was asked me to pick up egg rolls in OC. I was able to call into Thien Loc Food To Go a few days prior to put in my order for 100 Pork Egg Rolls ($70) for 10:30 am. The older gentleman who answered the phone was super friendly and I appreciated that he gave me a reminder that the business is CASH ONLY. He repeated my order and confirmed the information, and everything was correct. On the day of my pick up, I pulled up to the business. They are located in the same plaza as Van's Bakery off Brookhurst. I entered the store and gave them my name and phone number. A nice auntie helped me with my order and she went to the back to grab my order. The 100 egg rolls were neatly organized in disposable trays of 50. She placed foil over the trays with a small opening so that they would stay warm but also had an opening so that steam wouldn't make the egg rolls soggy. Very good technique. The party was over an hour away and yet the egg rolls maintained a crispy freshness. It had good filling and it was a very popular item among the guests. We had sooooooo many other party trays at the party but the egg rolls were definitely the first to "sell out". Yum! Will be back the next time I need more egg rolls for gatherings.

There are so many Vietnamese fast food places in Orange County that sell egg roll (chả giò), but in my opinion Thiên Lộc sells the tastiest at the most reasonable prices. Just a quick phone call to place your order and you can come by to pick up your hot and crispy egg rolls. They also sell raw egg rolls that you can fry at home at your convenience.
