The Patio Marketplace at 400 Spectrum

This place has the highest review in the area beating out all the restaurants located in the Spectrum Center. I can see why. Clean, tasty, simple, and very reasonable price. A little bit on the salty side in case the kitchen is reading this.

I came here for lunch the other day and the menu had so many different options and the woman helping me was very informative. I ended up selecting the pokey nachos and the goat cheese and beet salad as a side and it was truly amazing. I am going to be frequenting this place as it is close to my office and the prices are great. So many healthy options... even some beer and wine if that is what you are looking for. They have a happy hour for food as well. They have plenty of parking and a cute seating area inside and outside as well with shaded seating. If you're looking for something grab and go they have a dedicated fridge for that and fresh baked pastries as well. Try it, you won't be disappointed. They also have a points system so you're rewarded for your purchases. Each point equals a dollar.

Update! They changed the menu, and YAY!! It is really good now. So far I have tried the tomato soup, and liked it a lot. My coworkers have all said they love the burgers, and salads, so thank you so much Patio for listening to feedback!

Just moved to this beautiful new building from 20 Pacifica and having the Patio is a great change from Speciality Cafe! Finally having an option of a Hot meal, and what do you think I ordered... a Wedge salad... lol but well worth it because the BACON was crazy yummy I was greeted by Adam who took my order and offered a special 20% off promotion...he also shared about HH and rewards programComfy outside seating definitely will bring me downstairs instead of the boring lunch at my desk routine... Today kinda felt like first day at a new school during lunch trying to find a place to sit C'mon Irvine Company!!! Step up and provide more free standing umbrellas over the multiple group lounge seating areas that no one can enjoy ... Thanks for the tip that was given to me by staff ( sorry forgot her name but will ask again ) she suggested to place the order ahead online so I'm not waisting most of my break waiting after I order ... Once I'm notified it's ready, I can make my way downstairs and Grab & GO Love the set specials on designated days!!! It's like a Grown up school lunch calendar yum... HH Wings !!! You might see me there if they turn the TV channel on Thursday nite football hahaaa

WOW!There have been some less than positive reviews on here... I took the time to reach out to the GM via email to share my thoughts, and can tell you they have taken all the feedback and turned things AROUND! They acknowledged my complaints and committed to change it up. Yesterday a coworker told me they had an updated menu (AFTER I already ate...), so I took a chance today and ordered a FABULOUS BURGER! WOW! I'd have taken a picture of it to share, but it was gone too quick... YUM YUM! Came with a side of fresh potato chips. Both were delicious. Trust me, I've been eating food my entire life, and this was GOOD!I'm really looking forward to trying out all the new menu options.THANK YOU Patio team for putting the customer FIRST!

I've been here 3 times in one week because it's that good! This place has yummy options for food and if you're a vegetarian, this is the place to be. After my Impossible Mediterranean Bowl, I make sure to get my iced homemade vanilla latte. If you like good vibes and good food, look no further.

I love it!!! It's expensive, but the food quality is really great. My favorite dish is the Salmon Bowl, you can't go wrong with it! Such a healthy alternative!

I was very surprised at how good this place was! I ordered the special of the day which was a cheeseburger - I did not know what to expect. The bun was very soft and flavorful, and the meat and havarti cheese were delicious. Plus, the burger was loaded with avocado. Not sure what they do the catchup that comes with the fries but it had a very subtle and flavorful citrus taste to it. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I Love everything about this place! Team members are full of great energy and love what they do. Food is amazing, great vibes and experience all around.

Great lunch and service. Love the crispy fried chicken special on Monday and the special taco Tuesday weekly creation.
