The Lost Bean - Laguna Beach

I've always loved this location and was sad to see Zaab go, but I'm thrilled about the new spot, especially with the addition of the top patio that offers a stunning ocean view. The patio has plenty of bar top seating to enjoy the view or tables that can be combined for larger parties, making it perfect for any occasion. I'm also really impressed by their commitment to offering gluten-free options. It's rare to find a place where you can get a gluten-free panini and a dozen gluten-free pastries, and they even have gluten-free pancakes available.I tried their iced strawberry matcha, and it was a standout. They hand-make the muddled strawberry rather than using bottled syrups, which really enhances the flavor. Plus, they use high-quality, sugarless matcha powder, which is so hard to find these days. This place has quickly become a new favorite for its attention to detail, quality ingredients, and beautiful setting. Highly recommend!

I stumbled across.this place on the way back to my room in Laguna Beach. I really wanted a mocha. And got it. My husband had a hot chocolate and said it was the best hot chocolate he has ever had. Pretty cute simple place that also has some nice snack and food offerings.

Cute place got matcha with oat milk and honey and the matcha is pretty good I got 12 oz cups but the matcha was like super strong in such a small cup! So they gave us more oat milk to dilute it which was super nice. Everyone there was very nice and friendly.

Please better staff your store on a Sunday!!. A coffee order took over 20 minutes I felt horrible for Shane he tried to hard to make everyone happy but with one chef and him taking orders and operating as a barista is taking advantage of you staff. Felt very stressed for your staff. He offered outstanding service based on the conditions.

Cozy little coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating on PCH. Service was very friendly and the mocha I ordered was made with love and exactly as asked for. Will be back.

The best place after a 2 mile ocean swim. the drip coffee was perfect. The service was awesome and the breakfast burritos just hit the spot after a tough workout. Very straightforward, easy parking, clean, open space, and again outstanding service!

I've been to the Lost Bean locations in Irvine and Tustin, but this one definitely wins for best location and vibes! You can get your work done on their fabulous rooftop with views of the ocean. The baristas are friendly. The matcha was good. I highly recommend if you're in the area!

We stumbled upon this cafe walking past on our way to Laguna Beach and it was a great find. The service was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We got the panini, avocado toast, and kids breakfast sandwich and would recommend all 3. There's also a nice rooftop seating area which overlooks the Main Street and the ocean in the background. They have umbrellas providing shade so it becomes a nice and pleasant experience.

Nice vibe- little localized snabifery but exspected with the location Seems like owners running with a nice staff ...not overly nice to a non-local. Need more hot food.
