I think we just found our "go to" for chicken shawarma! The Golden Falafel - a family-owned hidden gem located within the HB Farmer's Market. You can't beat the flavor, unlimited toppings, price and portions given on the chicken shawarma bowl.The guy who made our chicken shawarma bowls was so nice! I didn't know what toppings nor sauce(s) to put on the bowls so he said he'll make it his way guaranteeing we would like it. He was not wrong! While we waited for our order to be made, he gave us a falafel topped with tahini sauce to snack on. He also gave us 4 extra falafel and tahini sauce with our order for free!When we got home, the portions were so huge we could only eat half. Friendly service, generous portions, delicious food and family-owned...you can't beat that!

... SO MANY MEDITERRANEAN choices around, but I would have never found this place literally tucked INSIDE the HB Farmers market, The Golden Falafel ... Someone posted it on the HB Community Forum yesterday and commented how delicious and reasonably priced they are! This bowl, unlimited toppings... OTD $11.14, including tax AND tip cuz she was so nice...#SupportSmallBusinessAsked my husband if it was good... and he said "REALLY" good!!

I came here for the farmers market, but have been curious to try this place I saw in the corner. I'm glad I finally did, because this place is amazing! I had the chicken shawarma rice bowl, house fries, and mint lemonade. The rice bowl was fresh and full of flavor from all the toppings you can choose from. I chose the harissa mayo sauce, cucumber salad for that nice crunch, some peppers for a bit of acidity and spice, and the chicken was delicious and freshly cooked all over a bed of fluffy basmati rice. I enjoyed the seasoned house fries with the red sauce, and their mint lemonade was so refreshing. The ice was blended into the drink and had a nice blance of tang and sweetness. While waiting for the food, we were also offered samples of falafel. I don't think i ever knew what a true falafel was until I tried this one. It was fresh, crispy on the outside, airy on the inside, and full on herby deliciousness. I can't wait to come back again.

My goodness this place is a hidden gem, the chicken shawarma bowl is my favorite. Everything down to the sauces are literally made from scratch that sometimes take days to make. So authentic I'm addicted. It's a beautiful family market they have wonderful fresh farmers market.

Wow! This place blew me away. Super delicious and affordable! Chicken shawarma bowl is $10 and packed with so many topping it could barely close. They have a ton of different unique sauces - mango sauce anyone? The lady helping me was nice too. I will definitely come back to try their other items. So happy this is close to home for me!

This is my second time having this bowl! It's sooooooo good! The guy who helped me was so helpful and picked the toppings for me. I definitely will be a regular It's also so fresh and healthy.

Absolutely delicious!! I can not wait to go back and have it again! Fresh and super tasty, the smell of the food in the car was insane. Great portion and a great price.
