I'm a student at West Coast and have been going to this cafe for a while now. Yesterday I had an early class and had to be at school at 7. I had a coffee in the morning that I brought from home in a metal container. Around 830 we were able to have a break from class, so I went to the cafe to get a paper cup to heat up my coffee in the microwave upstairs. They told me I needed to pay 25cents to have a cup. I couldn't believe this because in the years I have been going to this cafe they have never dared ask for money for a damn cup to heat up my morning coffee.

This little cafe is located inside of the West Coast University/American Career College/Orange County Tiles building right next to Living Stream Ministries. DO NOT underestimate this cafe because of their location (business-type of building). It's a good cafe for on-the-go food during breaks. The food is simply great for what it is. My favorite items on the menu include the pesto chicken panini, the ham, cheese & egg croissant, and their coffees. The mocha iced coffee is pretty yummy. The pastries aren't fresh since this place is a small operation shop, but they can warm/toast them for you. I guess the only thing I am not a fan of is their hours. Their hours are weird. Sometimes they're closed sometimes they're open! Not consistent.

This place is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the building. My favorites include:- Pesto panini- Ham, cheese and egg breakfast croissant- Cheese danish (when they have it)- Assorted bagels- Blueberry and chocolate chip muffins- Mocha iced coffeeThis place obviously is a small operating shop and does not make their pastries fresh. You can tell they are store bought, but they are still good, nonetheless. They even offer to heat up your pastries for you if you'd like. They toast bagels too!Their sandwiches, burritos, and paninis are made to order. I see them scrambling the eggs by hand and by order, so you know its made just for you. I'm not too sure if they make the salads by order. They have a pretty wide variety of coffee flavors and types. The people there are really nice too and offer suggestions on how they can make your favorite Starbucks drink with their ingredients (I always here people asking what the equivalent is to their favorite Starbucks latte). They also sell refrigerated drinks like apple juice, milk, soda, water. Extra cream cheese will cost you $0.50. They have fruit bowls for sale too.Staff is (usually) very friendly. They used to have coffee stampcards so that your 10th coffee would be free, but I'm not sure if they still offer that.

Even though it's a small cafe at school, I love coming here! The baristas are always so welcoming and super friendly. I've became a regular to the point where they literally just ask me how I'm doing, and based off my answer they already know what I'm going to order. Food wise, I always order the chicken burrito via texting. Yes, they have texting orders! And they're very fast at replying and getting my food ready. Anyway, the chicken burrito is my favorite, then the quinoa, chicken pesto panini, and then the pesto pasta. Definitely recommend if you just want something to snack on in class!

I come here because I am studying nearby and there's nothing remotely close to where I need to be. I wasn't expecting much, because it's a small space inside the lobby of the West Coast University building. So they could have just been mediocre and I would have not been mad. (I wouldn't have posted a review, but I wouldn't be mad.)They only have a very small space with a fridge. But the coffee is fresh, they have three other kinds of milk beside dairy (yay!) and the green salads and egg/grapes/cheese combos are always super fresh. For a tiny place with no advertising, they do a really, really, good job.
