The Chori-Man

Been coming here for years... Every time I come visit my sister's fam in San Pedro we come here for the breakfast burrito. I get the red breakfast burrito. Always fresh, filling and tasting. Get your eggs runny! They have little plastic stools to seat on but we usually take it to go. Service is friendly and fast. It's located right in a quiet neighborhood right beside a cute bakery.

Yelped breakfast burritos and this place popped up. They were definitely booming, had a line outside. Waited about 20mins for the orders. The burritos were pretty big. I was definitely not expecting my chorizo to be green aha. But the burrito was really good. The green sauce they gave was definitely a great additive. Definitely recommend.

Cute little shop in San Pedro. No parking lot but usually able to find street parking easily. Owners are local and super kind. My go to is always the chile rellano burrito. Your choice of chorizo (most of their chorizo is pork- red, green, white, maple habanero, and they also have a chicken chorizo or a soy chorizo) or chipotle braised beef, beans and rice. You can't go wrong with any of the meat options or the soyrizo. All are good.My last stop here I read the rest of the menu and tried some new things. Their chicken Sammy was super good. It comes with house made potato chips which I usually could care less about - but these chips are bomb. They taste like wingstop fries lol. Also tried their sweet potato soup - so goodddd! It's vegan and I tasted ginger, coconut milk and turmeric, but I could be wrong. It's puréed and has whole kernels of roasted corn. They rotate their specials and drinks seasonally. They also have breakfast sandwiches (the one w the maple habanero patty is delicious) and chilaquiles.Check this place out! It is on the pricier side but the quality of the ingredients is really there. No lard is used and everything is super fresh! My only wish would be for them to make a spicy salsa!

Can't stress how much I loved the breakfast burrito from here. Best breakfast burrito I've ever had and I dream about this.GREEN CHORIZONot sure what they do to make it green, but it's delicious. The eggs are cooked perfectly, the soft, warm tortilla and the tender potatoes with the beautiful spicy-ish sauce that come with the burrito are to die for. SO flavorful, bold, savory, and the perfect texture. This was the fastest I've ever eaten a burrito and it honestly didn't even make me feel too stuffed after like many burritos esp breakfast ones can make me feel.Also bonus points for being right next to Colossus who's pumping out some of the best baked goods. Make sure to hit up both for all your breakfast needs. I wish so badly that I lived right next door to these two, but probably best for my health and wallet.

finally, got tje chance to visit chori-man in San pedro. this place has been on my yelp list for years. hidden in the city of san pedro; chori-man is worth the waitress and the visit. I ordered the chori-man bfast burritos with pork Chile verde and apple pie horchata.. the apple pie horcahata was delicious! they have small mini stool chairs if you want to eat outside... I would've came here earlier, but they operation hours are limited. they open as early as 8am and close early around 2pm.. From chori-man, there is a nice park which is 5min drive with picnic benches if you want to eat at a park. Great service and the cashier will greet you with a smile !

Local San Pedro treasure Made with Family Love I order before heading over and my order is waiting with a smile every time. Bombdigity Chorizo and other fine ingredients. You can't go wrong. Vegetarian and Kids options too.

I apologize to Chori-Man for taking this long to find and try these burritos!! Man, this is a good one that I'll be adding to my burrito rotation. I had the breakfast burrito with chicken chorizo. The chunks of potato are fantastic and runny egg is genius. Habanero salsa and jalapeno relish is great. I also love that you can order for pickup through their website. Makes it so easy and quick. Excited to return and try other things from the menu.

I picked up a breakfast burrito and braised beef chilaquiles. Both were excellent. Parking can be a little tough but patience will be rewarded! Next door is a bakery so you can easily make your trip a twofer!Would definitely return.

Great food but the pickled jalapeño relish must return. It's a necessity. Please bring back the relish... please

In Pedro for work and stumbled across Chori Man on Yelp . Just finished my burrito and I couldn't wait to post a review . Let me start off with the young lady at the register , super helpful when I couldn't decide . Went with the Chile Verde Breakfast Burrito on her recommendation and could not be happier about it . Eggs were cooked well , Meat had great flavor and the amount of potatoes in the burrito was perfect . Savored every last bite of the burrito and will definitely be returning for more.
