Good day to you, fine readers! I, Obadiah Thornwillow, born in 1784 and most curiously transported to your modern world, have had the rare pleasure of visiting one of your breweries. Though I feared I might encounter the soulless haste of many modern establishments, I was instead welcomed into an oasis of warmth and camaraderie, so reminiscent of my own time that I nearly wept into my tankard. The ale, oh, the ale! Strong and dark as the depths of a moonless forest, it bore a fire within that surely sprang from the cauldron of a demon. Each sip was a battle, yet a victory, leaving me emboldened and delightfully lightheaded. I daresay it rivaled even the finest brews of my own era, which were crafted with care and reverence for the art.The setting was nothing short of magical. Lights, strung like fireflies upon invisible threads, cast a golden glow across the open air. The wooden benches and tables seemed to invite both merriment and quiet reflection. The people, friendly and unhurried, sat in joyful company, seemingly untouched by the sorcery of their portable glowing devices. Their laughter rang clear, unbroken by the distractions I have so often observed in this age.For one evening, I felt at home in this foreign time--a place where the spirits are strong, the people kind, and the atmosphere alive with magic and fellowship. Five stars, for a taste of enchantment and a brief return to the warmth of an era long past!

Service is great! Ambiance is chill! Food options are cool! But...Not your everyday hangout. Meaning - the price point is definitely higher. It's great for the occasional visit, but my biggest issue is always wanting to buy a bottle or pack of four to take home, yet they're too expensive. I just wish it was more accessible to purchase these great tasting beers more often.

A: A normal looking brewery with beer bottles being showcased for purchase. This place has good seating indoors and outdoors. Place is normally not packed unless they have an event going on but even then there is still space to take a seat and enjoy a beer. There are two TVs indoor to watch sports as well.F: they don't serve food here just beer. They do however have food trucks come in daily. I got the banana graham stout which was ok. Thought it would have more banana flavor to it. My wife though, got a really good early grey Belgium beer. That was really tasty. If you like tea, I highly recommend it. They have several different styles to choose from. If you are a member with them, there are additional beers you can get that non members cannot.S: pretty much go to the front and order your beer. Someone will always be there to take your order.

Fun and laid back vibes here. I like that it's family friendly. The beers are full of flavor. Most of the time I can't really taste what craft beers are named after but here, it lived up to the name. Mint tasted minty. Chocolate salty tasted chocolate and salty. I would steer clear from anything housed in wine barrels. In theory it sounds good but it makes the beer taste very mediciney. If I had to criticize something it would be the price for the beer. Very high end price which takes away the fun and ease of drinking beer for me. However, very well crafted in terms of flavor with a low punch in the alcohol content. I'd go back with a higher spending budget so I could try more beers. The peeps working here were all super nice and easy to talk to and not pretentious so that helps me to return despite the cost and the dark industrial corner this places resides.

Despite it being blazing hot outside. It was very peaceful here under the canopy. Had a flight. Really enjoyed the smoothie. By far the best sour smoothie I've had. It had a real slushy texture to it.

I recently visited this brewery, which came highly recommended by my husband, a discerning beer enthusiast. To show my appreciation, I purchased a gift certificate for him online. One of the brewery's notable features is its year-round beer selection, which patrons can pick up and enjoy in the comfort of their own homes. The brewery's interior is aesthetically pleasing, with plenty of seating options available. Although the brewery does not offer food for purchase on-site, a food truck is stationed outside every evening, providing a range of dining options. The variety of beers available is truly impressive, and the brewery's convenient location near the 57 freeway exit makes it an unmissable destination.

How have I never written a review for The Bruery? I've been there at least ten times with my partner in crime...and boy, it's one of my favorite breweries in the world. If you know me, you know I love dark beers...forget IPAs...blah.Bruery always has a plethora of darks...and I never know what to pick because they're ALL delicious and all HEAVY...I mean, make sure you go with someone you trust because you're about to spill all your deepest, darkest secrets to them!Love the tasting room and the outdoor seating. They usually have a food truck on site and also some board/card games. Staff is always on point and friendly...5 stars! Cheers to Bruery!

Great brewery to stop by. I would like to have came a little bit earlier, I had arrived near closing times. The outdoors so nice, but it was so cold this night that I decided to sit inside. They have a great selection of beers and flights.

We have been coming to the Bruery on Tuesdays for a quite a while now for trivia night. They have a ton of beers to suit anybodies taste including lagers, ales, IPAs, stouts, sours, slushies & seltzers, and even non-alcoholic. The first few times I went, I did a beer flight to to try out several different beers but now I pretty much stick to my favorites (currently Or Xata). They do change up parts of the menu a lot, but the popular ones are always available. If you are a true beer connoisseur they have a beer club and a whole list of members-only beers. The staff is always awesome, and they'll even let you try a little taste of something without having to roll the dice if you're on the fence about a selection. There is a ton of parking available, plenty of seating inside including tables and at the bar, and a big outdoor seating area also. It is often on the chilly side inside so dress warm or bring a sweater/jacket if you get cold easily. They have rotating food trucks there most evenings. I have to give a shout out to Ozzy who does an outstanding job the trivia on Tuesday evenings. They also have bingo nights and other events periodically.
