My favorite brewery of OC. I would go as far as seeing my favorite place to even drink. Going here makes me content. Even when I go drink alone, I feel very welcomed by the staff and I don't feel alone. I love all the variety that they have to offer. This place is truly unique with the hours and operations that they work before. It was only 2 to 3 days a week that they were open for limited hours but I am glad they have increased. The beer here I can say does it make you feel as full as other places which is good unless you like that bloated feeling. Almost as if it feels like a healthy alternative. Lol. If you're lucky, they sometimes have some food vendors in front usually on weekends. This place is truly a gem, and I think it deserves more recognition. Affordable, great customer service great beer, 5/5.

The atmosphere here is great! Imagine a brewery that isn't full of kids! The food truck pictured has been there several times and is solid! Huge shout out to Kayla who is friendly, down to earth and always makes sure nobody is thirsty! This is a great stop in OC, be sure to support the good ones!

Came here on a Saturday night and I was shocked to find it empty. I ordered two beers and I loved my brown ale. The Pilsner was eh but whatever. The taproom was beautiful. I loved the atmosphere. I don't like big crowds but this place deserves more customers on a Saturday night. Come on people, get down to this place and enjoy some quality craft brews.

Rented this brewery for a birthday party for my fiance. The service and staff were analyzing and easy to work with. The process to rent it out was easy and the price was more than reasonable. The drinks were good and affordable. They let me bring a taco stand for the guests to eat. They even let me decorate the place, kept our cake in the fridge and were flexible with us if we wanted to increase the time. Can't say enough good things and I love to support these owners and first responders.

Drove 20 minutes to get here based on the excellent reviews. Arrived 2 hours earlier than their stated closing time (based on their website and Yelp posted hours). Were turned away because they were "closing up". No explanation, mention of a special event or extenuating circumstances. Hard to validate the positive reviews when they won't even serve you during their stated hours. Will revise if we go back but I'm not super inclined to bother at the moment.

Came here because we heard about the make your own seltzer. The flavors are a touch too sweet but the bartender held back a little and they came out perfect. Pretty cool concept of making your own hard seltzer. We tried to recreate the Baja blast flavor and it was pretty spot on (tropical+key lime) the color isn't the same but the flavor is good. The bartender also made a really good michelada. They had a cool bar and plenty of tables. They also have plenty of parking. The bartender mentioned that it was owned by a few firefighters which I thought was pretty cool.

Great small brewer in an area that's slowing getting more tasting rooms up and running. I arrived with a group of my friends and we had got a variety of beers so we could all taste a little. Our beer tender gave us great recommendations and even set us up for some beer pong. We all had a great time here. I even mustered up the courage to try their house-made michelada, I'm not usually a fan of savory drinks, but this was very good. They even have a spicy beer! Another major hit! I liked how intimate this place was, loved the look of the tasting room too, black wall and tons of wood-type detail. Can't wait to go back to try more of their beers and more beer pong! Definitely a cool spot to hang at!

First time visit ready to try something new, drove all the way here and it was closed for a private event okay will NEVER come back here!

My family just hosted a baby shower here - words cannot describe how amazing our experience was! To how fully customizable our event could be, to the welcoming environment, to the AMAZING staff that made our event so much better than it would have been elsewhere. The drinks were flowing and our group definitely had a great time! We will most definitely be back, and I would highly recommend hosting an event here! Thank you, Beer Co team!!
