Thai Paradise

If you're looking for a simple neighborhood Thai place, this is great! But I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. We came here on a Thursday afternoon for some takeout and the restaurant was completely empty. The interior is pretty small and it seems like a lot of people were getting take out. Service was fast, but the staff workers were quite down and seemed uninterested. For the food, we ordered the pad kee mow and red curry noodles to go. Both dishes were good! Nothing special though. They did have a lot of flavor and I enjoyed it. Overall, I would come again if I was in the area and wanted some fast food.

I seem to be coming here more often because my manicurist moved into this complex. The Thai food is solid and I like the garlic sauté with shrimp. Liberty is always happy to see me so she gets extra props. It's easy to park here and it's nice and quiet in the restaurant.

Well executed Thai dishes that taste home cooked but served up fast. We stopped by on our way to San Diego. We were looking for something that would be a quick stop but didn't want fast food and Thai Paradise did not disappoint! Lunch specials were reasonably priced with good sized portions. We ordered the pad Thai, pineapple curry, sweet sour chicken and panang curry lunch specials. My husband said that he wouldn't order the sweet and sour chicken again; sauce was sitting more on top of the chicken instead of being incorporated into it. The rest of us were more than satisfied with our dishes. Restaurant is a bit cramped and dated though clean. Restroom clean, outdoors and shared by other shops. We will add this to our restaurant route when driving to visit family in SD.

I feel horrible giving a one star review, but not as horrible as our experience having dinner here. We will never be going back. We used to go 10 years ago and it was honestly great. The food was terrible, don't get the bison it tasted like breakfast sausage and no vegetables. We honestly thought we were being punked the entire time. The young gal that works there was actually rude and we almost just left because of her before the food. She kept rolling her eyes and it was really uncomfortable. Basically a "wtf do you want?" attitude. Actually pretty much everyone there looked and acted sad or like they were forced to be there. Then the "music" was uncomfortably loud, we couldn't talk, then I asked 3x and 3 different people to turn it down, and then someone would come out from the back and crank it back up lol. It was ridiculous. "Ambience" is cheesy but that doesn't bother me at all. Food and service were terrible, we don't recommend. I feel like they're only open because of door dash, pick up orders. Dine at your own risk. Literally go anywhere else.

This is my 100th review!! Our local Thai spot in Laguna shut down and we haven't been able to find a good new spot until now! This was a delicious dinner for three. We got the pad see ew, Tom kah, and the yellow curry. All of it was great. The level 3 spicy was perfect amount but definitely on the spicy side. So glad we found a good new spot!

I love comin San Clemente, one thing and stopping off and getting Thai food for takeout.I had a chicken pad thai and 17 ginger with bamboo coupled with vegetarian rolls, and spring rolls It was a perfect meal for 2 to 3 people. The flavor was wonderful my chicken pod Thai. Was it four stars in terms of spiciness, and let me tell you that was well more than enough lol. I will come again I didn't take them very long at all and the menu is very comprehensive so there is a lot to try for such a small place Super delicious !!

This is our go-to for Thai in the area. Always great food and even better service! Papaya, Panang, and pad see ew are our go to favorites.

My family eats takeout from here once a week. They serve consistently great meals! I would always recommend this place.

Food is great love the stuffed Angel Wings and the homemade chili sauce,Always good food.

Did not know this place was here in the same shopping center as where I get my hair done but asked a local if they had any good suggestions for lunch and they suggested this place. I ordered the Thom Yum soup and now I have to go back regularly to get it. My husband ordered the bison rice dish and it was really good. Definitely worth a try.
