Parking is limited and the line to order can be long sometimes but the sweet dessert is worth the wait. I have been coming here since the 2002 until now still Love their 3 colored dessert, and bánh chuối in coconut milk, chè đậu ván , bắp hầm was delicious too . They're open 7 days a week from 8 am-6:30 pm and they only take cash. Try to get there early because some of the popular desserts sell out fast.

Recently in the area so stopped by here to pick up some sticky rice and dessert. There were no customers in the stores other than myself, then 2 people came in right behind me.They had hardly anything behind that glass window. All the trays were empty. Only some pre-packed items as shown in pictures. The chicken sticky was very bland and rather dry.I'm not sure of the relationship between this one and the one on Bolsa but many of thesame type of dessert that both places offer don't look nor taste the same. Personally, I prefer the other location. I wonder if they are franchised and owned by totally 2 different owners? The other location always has a super long line on the weekends, regardless what time of the day though.

Alright, so I'll admit, this place has the most unique desserts. Since I didn't grow up with these delicacies they have quickly become one of my guilty pleasures and I just love everything about this little bakery!I especially enjoy the banana coconut Vietnamese morsels of goodness. To be honest, I don't know what the true Vietnamese name is, but that's a pretty close description . The soft chewy bananas combined with coconut sauce makes for a tasty not too sweet treat. You gotta check this bakery out for yourself as it is a local gem!

The best che and xoi spot in OC. Cash only. My favorite is the Che ba mau and mung bean xoi.

Incredible! Very little English is spoken in this cash-only pick-up shop, and I loved everything I ate. I did have to ask a friend what I actually ate after the fact but it was all amazing. Banh Da Lon is a gelatinous tapioca flour base flavored with pandan sandwiching a pasty mung bean filling. Sticky Rice is classic, though it's my first time having the Vietnamese iteration. Great texture, subtle sweetness. The Banh Tam is new, and it's hard to resist these colorful wide noodles. Grated cassava with tapioca starch forms an almost-mochi which is crusted with coconut and sesame seeds. A sweet pandan drink has a great contrast of grainy texture with pandan jelly cubes. They have a truly impressive spread, and I've barely scratched the surface. I'm determined to try everything here one day.

If you like viet desserts, this is the place to buy it. Again, parking is still terrible so you'll wanna park across the street in the neighborhood. I ordered a ton of items! They accept Zelle here!! Yes, Zelle! So no need for cash anymore! Yay! The Che Thai is the best here. Everyone gets it! The sticky rice is a little dry but they have durian xoi so everyone gets it! They speak English, and if they don't understand you, you can just point to it. Service is great and place is fairly clean. I'll be back! Yum

Lots of Vietnamese desserts to choose from! There are no prices listed, so just ask. I had to get the Che dessert drink and it was PERFECT! It was so good that I went back in to get another before leaving. There are homeless people outside of the shop and the parking is small.

Don't ever get their cassava cake. I picked one up on Monday and it's now Tuesday night (less than 24 hours later. It has been in the fridge since I got it and went to go have a piece and see that there's mold. Ugh. Not cool. I'm now questioning all the other stuff...

viet desserts are superior!! and you can't go wrong with any of the options here! 'pandan sticky rice w/ coconut': nice pandan flavor and I love that the sticky rice is not too sweet. 'cassava silkworm cakes': these are so fun to eat! it's slightly chewy and has a subtle coconut flavor! grew up eating these, so they are super nostalgic. any of the che options are also really good here! everything is reasonably priced, also make sure to bring cash!! it's a to go place so ordering is quick and simple.
