~ Great jasmine milk tea ~The service here is nice and super fast! They have snacks and food here, but I haven't tried it yet. They offer points or a stamp card where you can earn a free drink! They also have a bunch of seating.

Came here on a Friday night with a couple friends, and it was a nice place to hang out. The service was friendly and quick and the food was decent. We ordered drinks and appetizers and they were good. It's a small place, but there are a few tables and the place is clean and nicely lit. It's located in a little strip mall with a small parking lot. Parking wasn't a problem on a Friday night which was nice.

Not a good experience. I had a Monday off from work and was looking for a place to enjoy a drink and work on the laptop. Got my taxes done near this area so I decided to stop by. Decided on green thai milk tea with boba and a salted fish fried rice. It was around $23. The rice was really the issue here. I'm pescetarian for over 8 years so I was really annoyed to find out they add chicken to this rice after eating it. I dont think there was even salted fish but I could not understand how a vietnamese restaurant adds chicken to salted fish fried rice. That's unheard of. I talked to the owner and suggested she put that ingredient on the menu for that dish and she argued with me saying she can't list all ingredients for everything. She also told me I should have told the cashier I dont eat meat. Well shoot, why would I assume a salted fish fried rice has chicken in it? Nobody makes that traditional dish that way. I warned her doing business this way can get people sick and that can end in a lawsuit. It's misleading. I asked for my $15 back and she gave it to me but didn't comp me on anything else or make a new one. I question if they ran out of fish and gave me chicken instead. Either way, not good. I mustered up the bad experience and stayed to get work done. I left without a thank you and I was hungry. I won't be back and I hope this establishment does better.

This place is kind of a hidden hole in the wall, but once you walk inside it's very cute! It's the holidays right now so they have some cute decorations!You can either order from their touch screen or in person. But service is great and the drinks come out in a timely manner! Health tea - it's delicious and full of citrus, definitely a drink I would get if I'm feeling a little bit under the weather. Hong Kong Style Iced Coffee - this was creamy, it wasn't super strong coffee, it definitely still kept me awake. Would definitely get again!

I love this place. I dream of the Taro fries still. I want to go back to try different drinks because the lychee strawberry slushie was sooooo good! The spam musubi was a plus! This was part of my "30 before 30" adventure to go to 30 boba places before I turn 30 and this place is definitely one of my favs.

Came by for lunch before noon (no line!). You can order at the counter or at the self-order kiosk at the front. Lots of great options for lunch! Both drinks and food.Limited indoor seating (about 5-6 tables) and 4 bar stool seats. Very clean and super nice decorations inside!Tried the Princess Peach tea and grilled pork banh mi - they went well together!

I had discovered this spot after a Grinchmas event and was craving boba at 10pm on a Wed. There isn't too many boba options around OC especially at this time on a weekday. Upon arrival, you will noticed the place isn't very big but it has a really nice decor. They really made use of their small space. There are a variety of options on the menu such as teas, rice dishes, and spam musubi - say what? I was blown away by the variety of food options. The service was quick, I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes! Ordered jasmine milk tea and spam musubi - they were very much on point!

Cute space with big tables. They had friendly service I had the lychee/peach tea. It was good.

This is literally the BEST place!! The staff are always so kind and helpful. And patient!! Especially if you don't know what to order, they will help you decide! I definitely recommend getting their popcorn chicken as well! It's amazing. The feeling overall of this place is genuinely so great. I definitely will be coming back a ton!

Great food. Salty fried fish rice was amongst there the the best I have ever had. A must do when visiting Anaheim.
