Tacos Y Chile

I booked them for my daughters birthday and they were the best! Very prompt, answered my questions in a timely manner and had THE BEST TACOS and beans and rice I've ever had from a taco service!! The table they set up too with condiments was so beautifully done (sorry no pics because I was busy stuffing my face with their amazing food but they look the same as other yelpers posted with black table cloths and white bowls). They even had quesadillas complimentary which most taco services do not. They were ready to serve when the party started and I plan to use them again in the future. Not sure what for but I'll find an excuse because they were sooooooo good!!

I keep referring people to Anthony and Nadine but I just realized that I never left them a Yelp review. Their food preparation is really high quality. They prepare all of the sides the day of even if it means starting in the middle of the night. They are prompt and never nickel and dime customers.I have had so many people ask for their card at events not just because the food is good but because they are so professional and easy to deal with.I have had them over for an event with 100 people and also saw them at an event for 20. Either way they are the same.You will not regret Tacos Y Chile at your event.

Nadine was AMAZING!! So responsible, and so detail oriented with everything. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular. She came two hours before set everything up, did everything without disturbing me for anything, she brings everything with her and sets up and cleans up everything on her own. My guests were so impressed with the quality of the food, the taste of the food and how lovely she is with everyone, so sweet and outgoing and energetic. Nadine and her helper packed up all of the leftovers in disposable containers, and left them on the counter for my guests to come in after and serve themselves throughout the night. I will definitely refer her to everyone, and I will always use her for future parties. Thank you so much Nadine, you made my daughter's graduation party a huge success, people could not stop talking about how good the food and service were!!!!

We booked Tacos Y Chile for my daughters 3rd birthday party at Mile square park. I spoke to Nadine during the process and she was great. Great customer service with prompt replies. Very accommodating. the day of the party, they were on time, friendly, and professional. My guests loved the food. It was simple but all of the ingredients were fresh. We ordered the chicken, beef, and carnitas. I highly recommend using them.

We have had Tacos y Chile cater a taco bar for 2 of my daughter's bday parties at the park. Both times they were punctual, friendly, helpful and the food was delicious! Our guests were saying it's one of the best taco bars they have had. We had asada, chicken and al pastor (my favorite!) and quesadillas for the kids. Chips and salsa were also excellent. They came 2 hours ahead to set up. I was reading horror stories from others vendors about being late, and I've had peace of mind with Tacos y Chile as Nadine is good with communication. About being reliable, their service and friendly attitude didn't waiver even when one of bday parties was outdoors during a windy Santa Ana winds day. The winds were a nightmare for my husband and I setting up the party, but it was a huge relief to know that the main food was covered by Tacos y Chile. Also they are on the short list for OC Park approved vendors insurance list. In summary, delicious food + friendly/helpful attitude + reliable/punctual service + good communication + competitively priced = 5 star taco caterer

One word...AWESOME!Super fresh meats and condiments. Everything was delicious. The feedback from the guests was outstanding...some of the best tacos they have ever had!Very accommodating to last minute changes, very professional and the presentation and access to the food keeped the guests happy.If you're looking for taco catering, save yourself some time and call these folks...you'll be happy you did.Scott

I have to start by making it clear that I didn't actually have Tacos y Chile cater for me, so I can't attest to the food, BUT I felt so compelled to write this review because I just called them a few minutes ago for a short notice party in two weeks, and they were booked. Instead of giving me a "too bad, good luck" goodbye, the gentleman I spoke to (didn't get his name!) referred me to another person right away. Talk about professionalism! Wow! Already a positive experience, and that goes a long way. I'll be passing along their contact info and I will call them first the next time I need a caterer.

I used Tacos Y Chile to cater my daughter's engagement party. Amazing food and service. Nadine was so accommodating and professional, not to mention a super nice person. Will definitely use them again. In fact, I need to find something else to celebrate just so I can invite them back! I can't say enough nice things about Tacos Y Chile!

I went to a baby shower at my friends house and Tacos y Chile catered brunch! I was told they arrived and started prepping two hours before the start of the party. They made eggs, hash browns, chorizo, bacon and sausage patties, and French toast. I saw they had sautéed some onions and bell peppers on the side too. They also had in a separate table two salsas, syrup, butter, salt and pepper. Service was great and the food was delicious. I had two helpings. The two were quick, nice and professional.

I recently booked this caterer and they arrived on time and setup quickly and were professional. The food was very good and the condiments were also good. The only thing that was negative was they made a mistake on one of the meats instead of al pastor they brought chicken. I was looking forward to trying this but was disappointed. They even sent me a confirmation email. If I book again I would wonder if the will get it right.
