This is THE go-to late-night spot when I'm home. It's definitely a guilty pleasure! I usually get the Bandido fries, and they always hit the spot, satisfying my late-night cravings perfectly. I'll definitely keep coming back for more! There are two tables where you can dine in that has their green and red sauce and some napkins. From my experience, those spots are usually taken, so I always end up getting it to-go. There is a lot of space to wait around though and chat with friends. Since it can get a bit crowded, there's sometimes a wait, but it's always reasonable and worth it. Parking can also be a little tricky, especially at night when the place gets busy.Overall, a solid spot for late-night eats!

I came after going to Disneyland and it was pretty good! You can smell the delicious meats as you're walking up. I ordered the Bandido fries and the Al Pastor Quesadilla. I preferred the quesadilla over the fries but I would still get the fries again. The green sauce that they offer is a must get every time to pair with your food. The lady in front was very nice when taking our order and asked if we wanted anything extra afterwards. They provide only 2 tables and there isn't a lot of parking in the lot! Overall I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some late night food! Al Pastor Quesadilla ($10) 4/5: The Al pastor quesadilla was amazing! The al pastor itself was tender and juicy but pretty oily. Not only that but the quesadilla was loaded with al pastor and cheese. Bandido Fries ($13) 3/5: The Bandido fries had a good amount of meat but the letdown was the fried itself. Some of the fries were dry and weren't crispy at all but some were pretty good. The sauce that they put on top is amazing and paired well with all the meats. I also wished the cheese was melted a little bit more. Overall, still enjoyed eating it!

This food truck opens pretty late and I was glad we stopped by and got some delicious tacos, burrito, and carne asada fries with chicken! The man was nice. There are also two tables to sit and eat if you don't want to eat in the car. I would come again if I'm ever in the area or craving some tacos late at night !I do wish there were prices on the menuThank you!

Tacos El Bandido has good tacos, but they messed up my order. I asked for two with everything and two plain, but they put cebolla on all of them. The chorizo and asada were delicious, but I had to pick out the onions, which was annoying since I can't stand them. Decent food, but they need to pay more attention to orders.

Wanted to give this place another shot after two years of not returning but I realized why I had stopped.I got 3 Tacos (Pastor and Chorizo) but they were more oily than flavorful :( It really has the potential but I was left unsatisfied. I did take a bite of the Birria Tacos and it wasn't too bad with the Consome!Parking lot is pretty spacious and it wasn't too busy for a Saturday night.

First time trying this late night taco truck and I am very sad to be disappointed. After waiting for about 15 minutes for my food because there was a line of people ahead of me (which is always a good sign for business), I got my two burritos wrapped nicely in foil and my El Bandido Potato. My fiance and I took a bite of the burritos right away because we had not eaten all day and the food was COLD? How can you serve cold burritos on a cold night? I don't know if the problem is the method of assembling like they made the burritos first, didn't wrap the burritos up and waited for the El Bandido Potato to finish before wrapping and putting everything out but if this was the case, PLEASE MAKE THE BURRITOS AFTER THE EL BANDIDO POTATO! Even though the burritos were cold, the flavor was there and would have been very tasty. Luckily the El Bandido Potato was piping hot and delicious which is why I think the burritos were made first and left to sit there. El Bandido Potato: 5/5 Cold Burritos: 0/5, it was pretty disgusting to eat completely cold burritos and for the first time in my life, I forced down half a cold burrito because I was starving and threw away the rest. My fiance managed to force eat 2/3 before tossing his too.

Tacos El Bandido is a local taco truck in Santa Ana. Don't let this modest little truck fool you though, this is by far my favorite guilty pleasure. Whenever I have a tough week, I always look forward to an amazing plate of their El Bandido Nachos. They make their nachos fresh, so these are some of the crunchiest nachos I've ever had. And they stay crunchy for hours!! This place usually has a bit of people waiting, so the parking lot is usually a bit crowded.Overall, one of my favorite late night spots! Highly recommend to everyone.

This taco truck never fails me. It's the best late night spot, after a concert or a drive on the way home from the airport. I've tried the VIP fries, bandido fries, birria tacos, adoba tacos, and their tortas. Although they are on the more "expensive" side for a taco truck, I would say that the price matches the flavor and quality of food. All of the food has always been consistent good. Service is always quick here even if the line seems long. 5 stars for real. This place has never failed me :)
