To be honest, I'm not a meat eater, but I have ordered from here a handful of times and it's always been a hit with my family. They don't really have any vegetarian options, but I always order the quesadilla for myself and they don't skimp on the cheese. Service has always been really good and they are so fast! One of my orders was wrong and they quickly fixed it for me super fast as I was short on time.Little "hole in the wall" place, restaurant is really clean, there's a salsa bar, inside seating. Parking is limited depending on the time you go and it's in a small strip mall so getting in and out sometimes can be a bit challenging.

Food: 4*Service: 4*Ambiance: 3*Tucked away in a small trip mall, this place is usually busy. A small dining room consisting of about 8 tables welcomes you to enjoy a variety of tacos. My partner had the tripa burritto. He said it was delicious, cooked perfectly and very filling. I had the three tacos: carne asada, carnitas, and al pastor. The carne asada was good, not great. The meat was nicely charred, but no real flavor. You needed salsa to help. The carnitas were delicious. Soft, juicy, and flavorful. The al pastor was tasty, with bits of pineapple. The three salsas were very good, some hot but also flavorful. The radishes and cucumbers helped to lighten the dishes and were a welcome accompaniment. The spicy onions were great, very spicy and added a nice crunch. I will return.

Hidden Gem! Who said you can't get good authentic tacos in Brea. I usually go towards Anaheim or Placentia, but glad I found this place near kids' school and dance studio. It definitely hit the spot!Self serve Salsa Bar. Killer Agua Frescas. The tacos are a bit bigger than your King Taco size. 3 was more than enough. I have to come back to try other stuff besides tacos and burritos.

Grabbed a late night dinner at 8:30pm w/ some friends (6 people total). There were tables we were able to move to fit us all. Easy system of ordering at the register and they'll call your number for your order. A self serve sauce bar is available and don't forget the pickled onions and limes! The tacos are loaded with meat w/ a generous amount of guacamole. Our friends got the chips and they came out hot and fresh. Great time here and will come back for the loaded fries.

Tucked away in a somewhat hidden strip mall, Tacos Don Goyo Brea is an absolute gem! Don't let the unassuming location fool you - this place is worth the search. The tacos come out piping hot and are incredibly satisfying. You'll likely find yourself full after just 4 or 5.The asada and pastor are my personal favorites, but they offer all the classic taco fillings you'd expect (buche, cabeza, pollo, chorizo, etc.). They also serve burritos and meat topped over fries/chips, but tacos seem to be the most popular choice. There's usually a line, especially at night, but it moves quickly. The wait is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Decent for the area! We got the carnitas, asada,Chorizo and Chicharron. Don't get the chicharron unless you want to eat boiled fat. The chips and nacho cheese were amazing. Chips and tortilla feel home made. The quesidilla was nice and cheesy. Overall not a bad spot for a taco craving but if you go down a city you'll find better.

TOP-TIER TACOS? This is a newer spot that opened up new my parents' house! We were both THANKFUL and TERRIFIED -- would this place hold the TOP-TIER TACOS we've all been waiting for? This restaurant is located in a smaller plaza with limited parking. While the place itself is also on the smaller side, it is immensely clean and well-decorated! Also, the staff is enormously helpful with the biggest smiles on their faces! Just looking at them brightened up my day : ) Here are the items my parents and I ordered:- Al pastor burrito (comes with beans, rice, onions, cilantro, and guacamole) - Carne asada tacos (comes with onion, cilantro, and guacamole) - Fries with meat -- carne asada (comes with melted cheese either nacho or white (we got the white cheese), guacamole, onion, cilantro, and crema***IMPORTANT COMPONENTS when rating a taco: aesthetics, meat quality, tortilla/topping(s) freshness, salsa flavoring, and overall taste As soon as the food came out, it was a glorious sight! The food was absolutely stunning ~~~The tortillas were fresh and homemade! We enjoyed both the corn tortillas from the tacos, and the flour tortilla from the burrito, -- both were soft AND this truly enhanced the flavoring of the items. On top of this, the toppings were fresh, working together to create a well-balanced and perfectly-seasoned meal : ) If I had to critique one thing, it would be the meat. While the flavor was satisfying, the al pastor and carne asada were presented in small/charred bite-sized pieces. As a whole, the marination was on point, but if the tenderness could be improved, that would be excellent! In the end, this hit the spot and put me in an exceptional mood ~~~

Great little Place even though they raised their prices a lot, Each item is an additional 4% from the given menu price if you use your credit card or a debit card. Usually restaurants charge a $.35 convenience fee or a percentage on the total sale, not each particular item by 4%. The food is good, I get tacos and a few other items. They should reconsider a 4% surcharge on every item, fine a better banking partner to help reduce those fees if that's what it is. The music in the place is so loud you can't hear them call your number or order.
