Oh my goodness! This is by far THE BEST birria I have ever had! Birria is the way to my heart. I'm always willing to try it anywhere in search of the perfection! Well I just found it! We had quesabirria tacos! It was tender, juicy! There was no fat on the beef, just meat!!! The consomé was perfection! Not greasy at all! Portion was very generous The owner was kind! Insightful, sharing the history behind his business! Loved the friendly service! There was a nice little seating area, very clean and to top it off he had the baseball game on! This place is a MUST try for all you birria lovers! we will be coming back!

We've been looking for a taco truck nearby & stumbled upon this one. The guy was super helpful & explained their most popular items. He even offered to make vampiro tacos since my partner was craving it & they weren't on the menu. He also gave us a sample of the birria to try! The meat was so juicy & flavorful & was perfect with a watermelon agua fresca. Definitely preferred the quesabirria compared to my asada taco. Will definitely be back!

I've been following Tacos de Birria Dona Betty on Instagram for a few months. The food looked delicious, and I'm a SUCKER for a taco truck. My boyfriend and I took a quick trip to Santa Ana to try the food out. We got the one quesopollo taco, two quesobirria, birria fries, and two fresh watermelon agua frescas. The food was delicious and hearty. I was full after my two tacos. The guy who took our order was friendly, hospitable, and provided great service. They even have a couple lawn tables and chairs set up so you can eat there. I will be back!

Cool spot. Delicious tacos. Right next to an auto shop, enjoy the food while getting your car serviced!

The location wasn't hard to find, it is in a street by a tire shop. There is about 6 seats and two tables so minimal seating. The food makes up for it tho! It's so good! As a vegetarian, I was scared to go but they had chiliquiles with no meat that tasted so good! Would go here again :)

Food was 10 out of 10, it's all about th quesa birria tacos ! Service was on point! Really great staff! It's a Dope Food truck, so quick amazing food!

Quesabirria is bomb. Meat is tender and juicy with a tortilla just slightly crispy. The watermelon water is also really refreshing and not too sweet with some hints of cucumber!

Great little food truck on 3rd and Hathaway in Santa Ana. We would always drive by The sign on the corner of 4th and Hathaway saying we should go try that place. And today was finally the day that we decided to go try it because I was really craving birria! The owner was so nice, we chatted a little bit and he gave us great vibes. Also they had Netflix on while we were waiting on our order so that was cool. I got the torta especial, it was so good. Very simple, birria, crispy cheese, a little bit of salsa and onions. I also got a side of the consumé to go with it. Very flavorful, just added some lime and it was perfect. The torta was a great size, normally I wouldn't have been able to finish it but it was that good that I had to. We also got the birria ramen with cheese. Not a huge fan of it with the cheese but solo with some lime and salsa de aceite would probably be fire. Their salsas were good as well. I tried all 4 and my favorites were the verde and salsa de aceite. When the craving for birria strikes again, we will definitely be back. Didn't get any pictures this time, I was too hungry to let the camera eat first.

Service is top notch. Owner was kind and patient with me as a first time customer. The birria was super tender and flavorful. Burritos and Quesabirria an option to go with their watermelon drink. Everything is delicious and fresh.
