Swagyu Burger

Went in on a quiet afternoon. Was kindly greeted upon entrance by the nice lady at the front. Wait wasn't long by any means, and the food was delicious. The gentleman who handed me the food was super cool and asked how everything was, making sure that was I satisfied with the meal. Overall, it was an excellent addition to my day.

Burgers are amazing! Shakes are amazing! All forms of fries are amazing! Service was great! I had the OG burger, but won't add the cheese katsu on my next visit- made it too cheesy for me.

We left feeling disappointed and still hungry. Prices feel too high for what you get. The bun is thick and too large for the small 4oz meat patty. They charge extra for LETTUCE - $1.25 Add a slice of American cheese - $4.00Add "thin cut" bacon - $4.00The sidewinder fries were $6 an order and not very good, ours were barely warm. There also a $10 shoestring wagyu fat shoestring fries we did not try. While we were waiting outside for our food, we saw the counter guy leave the burger store and then come back about 5 mins later with a small paper container. It struck me as odd, since we were waiting so long for our food and he left the burger store and walked down the street. The next morning at Pavillions we saw the exact same fries in the hot deli case and we were so disappointed to think they were the same fries from the burger place! Is the burger place getting their fries from the Pavilion hot deli counter, marking the price up and reselling them?! These fries are pretty unique looking. There's also a $28 burger option with Japanese Wagyu and pork belly - no fries included. Zero atmosphere or any real dining area inside. A few tiny tables w uncomfortable chairs and that's all. There's a much better wagyu burger across the street at Mayors Table that includes delicious truffle fries and a beautiful restaurant to enjoy it in. Priced at $26. Or even Arch has a great $26 burger - with fries and excellent atmosphere. We will never go back. The sidewinder fries most likely from Pavilions deli, the disappointing burger and the high price, with zero atmosphere, is a losing combination.*** Read the reviews closely. There seems to be multiple 5 star reviews from fake accounts to boast their rating score. ***

The hamburger was delicious and made to order fresh. The tallo fries we requested slightly well done and it was sooo good with the burger!! David helped us with customizing our burger and he was super friendly! Great local quality hamburgers located right across lido house hotel. Can't wait to try the cookies and cream shake next time !!! The inside of the restaurant was nice and seating looked great so next time we will dine in. Great ambiance and vibe

This place was legitimately one of the best burgers I've ever had. And tallow fries , seriously fire. Very tasty and swaggy. Our order took a long time to come out of the kitchen, like over 40 mins , so the manager told us our visit was on them. Loved that they owned it - that part was the frosting on the cake. Great burgers and fries.

Lots of hype here. I think if you're gunna throw down $ for wagyu, you don't want it in burger form when it's flavor is masked with ketchup. Not a fan of the burger buns they use - they are dry. Meat patties are small. Just wasn't a good bang for your buck! I did enjoy the french fries though!

Holy WOW. Best smash burger I've ever had. Staff was great with suggestions and I got the katsu cheese in a doubled-up 1/4 classic burger... insane. Nothing even comes close. I will be back. Still in awe at the crispy burgers. Just insanity. 12/10 would highly recommend!!! Great location too, with dining inside and outside, cool tables and sidewalk tables outside too. Parking is easy, that parking lot next to the building is always empty!

First time here and food was amazing!! Cute little spot. Customer service was GREAT - will definitely be returning.
