Great food some of the sushi didn't taste as fresh but still overall amazing place. Ordered on uber eats but the place didn't get us ginger and wasabi so ask for it if you order Would def eat here again. Sushi baked rolls were great and so was the tuna

I had an amazing experience tonight. The food was fresh, the packaging was cute and best of all, my guests enjoyed it. The highlights are the tacos, the sando and the generous cuts of sashimi. The thing in my opinion of good quality sushi is when it smells like just a hint of crisp fresh ocean. The fish tonight was cold, refreshing and crisp. And the rolls were light and delicious!I did have one not so great experience and Devyn reached out and definitely fixed it tonight. They went above and beyond and made sure everything was perfect. Always give people an opportunity for a second chance because I think this is my new spot!

Since this was a delivery, as I said on door dash: this was not good quality sushi at all. Surprises given some higher reviews but the sushi was chewy, discolored, bland, and tasted like the seaweed was stale. And overall cardboard hint of flavor. I even added sauces to try and cover up this mess, and sadly it didn't help. Given I know fresh sushi, I rated compared to other commercialized sushi rather than authentic and even then it came up short. Rolls were rolled well but the overall presentation made me leery to try, crispy rice wasn't crispy, and the other rolls was chewy. Sushi should melt in your mouth and fish should be flavorful. Any discoloration tells me possibly frozen prior and not well stored or prepared. I would not try again despite pricing and location.

Pretty yummy! We ordered a variety of different sushi via DoorDash. Everything we ordered tasted super delicious!! Everything seemed fresh and of good quality. Loved that they also included different sauces for each roll. I also really enjoyed the plastic boxes they came in. They stacked so nicely on top of each other! A great touch that didn't go unnoticed!

Located inside Costa Mesa kitchens, sushi trends is one of the dozens of ghost kitchens located within. There is only one kiosk to place your order with so I recommend you do an online order. There is no inside seating, just a pick up and to-go spot. Parking is limited, so bear in mind there is a 15 minute limit for the parking spots.I got the trend set for $35 that came with the sushi burrito, sushi sandwich, sushi taco, and a few slices of sashimi. The quality of the fish tasted amazing and the tuna was sooo fatty and just melted in my mouth. Their trendy sushi items tasted great as well, but wished it was bigger for the price point.The sushi sandwich was my favorite item in the set. It's creamy and pairs well the green sauce. One thing to keep in the mind the crispy rice is very hard and the sandwich was kind of messy. Will come back again to try their rolls!

Do not sleep on this hidden gem! It is so so good and is an amazing sushi spot for to go orders. The fish and sauces are so fresh and presentation was awesome.This spot is located at the Costa Mesa kitchen right by Moxi3 once you get off the freeway. For convenience, it's really simple to order online. The estimated wait time and text notifications were super helpful. Once your order is ready, you'll be able to retrieve it with a provided locker number.I ordered the "sushi for 2" order and was pleasantly surprised. Comes with 3 rolls 8 pieces of sushi, 2 miso soups and some edamame and seaweed salad. Service was great, fast and easy. I can't wait to try more items.
