Summerfield Tea Bar

Came here around 11:30 PM on a Wednesday evening and it was decently full. It was my first time visiting this location, so I appreciated the cashier's help and patience as I selected a drink. I ended up going with the sunset tea and swapped the crystal boba and aloe vera for honey boba and lychee jelly.I typically don't order fruit teas when I get boba, but I'm really glad I tried this one! The passionfruit and peach flavors both shine through nicely to make for a sweet (but not overly sweet) sip. The ambiance here is solid - a great place to study or just grab boba with friends. If you're local to La Habra, I'd definitely recommend dropping by!

Okay..so I am not leaving a review to be mean, I would like for them to succeed. This is a good location and we can use a boba shop. I got the tropical tea, and it was delicious! The 25% sweetness was perfect! However, the popcorn chicken needed an improvement. The batter and seasoning were fine, but the chicken meat was terribly dry and stringy. There was no juice and tenderness from popcorn chicken. The quality of the meat needs to be better. You're almost there with the recipe. It just needs little bit adjustment for the texture. Good portion and price! The service was slow, so if you're press on time, allow extra time for the staffs to get your order. The ambiance was calming and I like to color scheme.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I've been to the Rowland Heights location and had no issues with my drinks or the customer service but this location has bad business practice. I ordered 6 drinks to go and when we got home we realized all the teas came completely unsweetened. I called the store and they told me to come back and they'll replace the drinks with 120% sweetness (mind you, we never said our drinks were not sweet enough but rather not sweetened AT ALL). When we arrived, we noticed the 4 remade drinks behind the counter. A shift lead came out and asked us where our original drinks were and they had to charge us for 50% of the drinks. It was never relayed to us that we had to bring the drinks back or that we were going to be charged again when I originally called on the phone. Then she kept making stuff up like "we would've added sugar to your original drinks" blah blah blah but our remade drinks were already made prior to us coming back which didn't make sense. It is also unsanitary to bring back our drinks after we already left the store to open them up and sweeten them. I'm not even sure if this is actually their business practice or the shift lead was making up policies along the way but we were very annoyed at this point. When we tried our remade drinks, it was overly sweet and had a weird taste unlike when I tried it in Rowland Heights.They could've just admitted they forgot to sweeten my original drinks but instead they kept making things up along the way. Never coming back to this location. After reading a lot of the other reviews, seem like they have a customer service issue.

I've always known of their other location in Rowland Heights, but never been. Given the surrounding area is in great need of more boba tea places, I was happy to have a new spot to try.I would say their drink is more on the sweeter side. Despite getting 75% on one of their milk teas, I think I would go lower on the next visit. Right now, they also have BOGO on weekdays between 1-5 PM (select portion of their menu), so its great to grab a friend and try out some of their drinks!The interior is nice and clean. Not too large of a space, but we see people work on their laptops with their friends. Given they are pretty new, there was a bit of a wait for our drinks to be made. Hopefully they get into the hang of things to be able to speed up the process, while maintaining the quality, of course!

BOGO $2 milk teas from Monday to Friday 1PM-5PM is a great deal for boba! I got the Remember Me which is a Ceylon milk tea - very floral and slightly refreshing considering it's a milk tea. The boba was sweet and had the right amount of chew. 75% is still too sweet for me so next time I'll have to get 50%

Summerfield Tea Bar is a hidden gem for anyone looking for a unique and refreshing drink experience. I ordered the Rainbow Snow drink, and it was as good as it sounds. It's colorful, fun, and most importantly, well-balanced in flavor. The layers of fruitiness and creaminess came together perfectly, and it wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated.The service here was warm and efficient. The staff took the time to explain the menu and helped me choose something I'd enjoy. Even though it was a busy afternoon, they stayed attentive and got my drink ready fairly quickly.The ambience of the place is relaxed and cozy. The interior is modern and clean, with a calm vibe that makes it a great spot to grab a drink and catch up with friends or get some work done. It didn't feel overly crowded, even during peak hours, and I liked the mix of seating options.If you're in the area and looking for something refreshing and a bit different, Summerfield Tea Bar is worth checking out. They've got a solid lineup of drinks, and the attention to detail in both the flavors and service makes it stand out. It's a spot I'll definitely be returning to.

Super impressed with the newest location of Summerfield in La Habra! I've never seen a more spacious, well-lit, peaceful and modern boba shop til now. The ambiance is tranquil and perfect for studying or working! It honestly actually makes me more motivated to work because the space is just so inviting! Like all Summerfield locations, the drinks are on point. We tried the strawberry milk boba, taro milk boba and roasted oolong milk tea with boba. All of the drinks were smooth and not too sweet, while the boba was perfectly chewy. We also ordered some snacks, which is always a plus, as I often want some popcorn chicken and fries to pair with my drink - and their snacks did not disappoint either!On my way out, I ordered the autumn bloom to go for my friend who is also a tea aficionado and she commented that it was super refreshing! Can't wait to bring her back with me, as I'll definitely be a regular here! So glad this new location opened - it's truly a notch above! Shoutout to Cynthia and Joey for providing such excellent service and for being so kind!

Spacious and welcoming place with the paint and furniture. Soft opening right now. We had 3 drinks, mango sun, Tropical beach and original milk tea. All were done correctly and all taste good and refreshing. We didn't have any of the food so I couldn't comment on it. Located near the Home Depot, Arco gas station with lots of parking available. Good to see they offer BOGO free on certain days and hours. Check before going. Overall, it was good. Good to have a boba shop nearby. Don't need to go over the hill anymore. Go check this place out and give them a try.

We love Summerfield! Their popcorn chick & mozzarella sticks are delicious. The teas are also great and bogo $2 is also a great deal! (Same drink only and during a specific time frame! I think it was 1-5pm). The interior is so beautiful, love the green! There are tons of seating. The service was friendly & quick.

Sooooo in love with new Summerfield in La Habra! Is soooooo pretty and vibes makes you think you are somewhere in Silverlake. It's very chic and there is a ton of seating. Love the green shade and just overall very welcoming. Let's chat about their Tornado! It's their signature blended drinks with the creamy swirls. We got the Oreo and Strawberry. Loved them both.We also go their Rainbow Snow with jellies. It was very refreshing and picked up a Strawberry Yogurt for the hubby. But when I thought their popcorn chicken was delicious, their crispy tofu is a MUST GET!!! Their crack seasoning that tasted cheesy made me fight my 10 year for the last piece of tofu! It's located behind the Arco near the Home Depot in La Habra. Check their IG for the latest promos.
