Subway

I went away from Subway years ago because their Italian bread always was dried out and their meats were just so so. But since their update with a better recipe on the bread and cutting the meats fresh, I've been very satisfied.My favorite is the BMT (now it's the Ultimate BMT). I liked the combination of meats with the very fresh veggies. The Subway app is really good because (like other apps) I can really pick my add-ons or removals - and the amount of each. You can also easily add the code for the sales flyer to get their deals (at least with the locations that accept them).I've ordered several times at this Jamboree/Tustin Ranch location and the food was done exactly as requested and finished on time when I ordered from home for pickup. The staff was friendly as well.The store itself is clean and well-kept with a nice little seating area. There are tables outside in case you want to eat outdoors.

The reason I appreciate this particular SUBWAY® over others, is that they take a lot of the coupon promo codes. Very few SUBWAY® restaurants will take these coupon codes. So you can get great deals here ! They remodeled the place so it looks very nice. I would say this is one of my favorite SUBWAY® to go to.

Employee has a very bad attitude and wanted to charge extra for cheese and she stated that's the way they get trained. Place is very empty and customer service is horrible at this location. Ambiance is just not the way to go here. It will be a mess of a sandwich she does not know how to wrap and simple sandwich. If I can rate a 0 star I would definitely

I mean what do you think its subway they always run out of their footlong cookies. Its subway of course there's mean staff that's unprofessional. It's subway of course they charge extra for stupid stuff.

Ruth, is alway RUDE has an attitude, I've encountered her at 2 different locations and she is always the same way. I unmarked the cheese button through the app for this particular sandwich but because cheese is in the title of sandwich she still adds the cheese, then argues you didn't request not to have cheese since it's not in the special request box. I guess I'll write avocado in that box and see if I can get that request filled. Another thing, Not only did she say we must order to go when we walked in first, she only told the blk ppl, no one that walked in after us. Her vibe was already funky. Once we pointed out her mistake with the cheese... she went nuts and keep saying y'all don't know how to place the order in the app.. the owner co signs with her and that's why y'all well keep getting complaints. In the end she told someone else remake the sandwich after refusing to redo it. Avoid her at all cost!!

Normally excellent, but the last two times in there, the flatbread was crunchy, not fresh and overcooked. I still love it there - just new bread....

I have gone to this location a few times, it was only one time that I received fresh bread. Every other visit I have received stale bread. This time the bread is chewy and dry. I'm so disappointed. The place had trash all over the floor, frost bitten veggies. I knew I should've walked away. I'm done with this location. I believed that I would be okay considering it was lunch time. That's it, I try to give chances but no more, I will not eat here ever again.

I just walked in to Subway and I was waiting for a couple minutes. I calmly asked the lady who does the sandwiches do you guys accept Ebt? She gives me a harsh answer and was extremely rude and flippant with me, snapping back saying NO WE DON'T, I said I just asked you a question don't need to get rude with me, then she was angry and said yea same to you too! If you go to this subway brace yourself!

Shitty employees. Trash service. "make your own sandwich" my ass. Overcharged and didn't allow a substitution for another protein. lol. This place is fucking horrible

I love how patient they are when they take orders.. We were a family of 8 and some of us would change mind )) and finally pick smth.. but Michael was very nice, patient and had a big smile on his face. I just love that place: very cozy environment, and most importantly the food is beyond delicious Thank you guys. We are your frequent guests.
