Food is very good. Staff member we had today wasn't that friendly. Service is quick. It wasn't busy when we went. It is a very clean restaurant with nice booths and a table for eating. This location is open 24 hours and is located next door to Verizon Wireless. It is a bit cold inside. EBT is accepted here. They have a bathroom but it is labeled "Out of Order".

I ordered a subway for pickup not very complicated order subway club add bacon. When I got home the sandwich was drenched in mayo mustard no bacon avacado was added which my daughter had an allergy to. Very disappointed especially due to the fact the person in front of me returned his order due to it being wrong. I know I should have checked but seeing that it wasn't busy just didn't Check. Luckily I checked before my daughter ate it due to the avocado. Walked back to subway to hear how busy he was and he may have mixed up a couple orders. Didn't know that was the excuse now for providing quality customer service. Now I know just watch the person make your sandwich to make sure you get your order right. Lesson learned.

The food here was somewhat presentable but now don't want to eat my sandwich after being in the bathroom. (God, what does the back look like?). One of the women behind the counter was rude and obviously in a bad mood. I think she might strain something with any effort to smile or be nice. Stopped in the restroom, what a mistake. The truck stops in the middle of nowhere off the 10 or 40 are cleaner. No soap in the soap dispenser and the bathroom sink looked like the last time is was cleaned was before Covid. I will not be back to this location.

I was looking forward to enjoying a tuna sandwich. One of the reasons I like subway is the fresh bread. Well, that isn't what you will receive at this location. The bread was so old I couldn't eat it. Corporate should really look into the practices at this location

I've complained through Subway about this location three times now, because they just can't seem to ever get a mobile order correct. The staff doesn't seem to know the menu, and most of them don't speak to you. The place resembles Dante's Inferno the way these workers look so miserable. Last time I complained, I even joked that the manager will probably just send me a copy and paste email, and as expected he sent the same thing! What a prankster!Will certainly be recommending this place to anyone who hates themselves!

BEWARE MULTIPLE SIMILAR COMPLAINTS: They claimed they didn't have my order when I walked in to pick it up. The bread looked old and they were pressing it with their hands to fit in the heater. It looked cold since it was just sitting out and they were trying to reheat it. I spent 30 minutes trying to get a refund with them and they turned off mobile orders so I couldn't reorder. Then as soon as I walk out I can magically order again... The man and woman working on Saturday night at midnight on 10/12 lied to me about my order and turning off mobile orders, but turned them back on as soon as I leave. The man said he would remake my order, but as he was starting the older woman said something to him and he came back to me and said he couldn't do anything for me. Wouldn't make my order or refund me.

I stopped by to eat here after work today and I bit into a staple that cut the roof of my mouth. I tried to be cool and not make a big issue about it and just get a refund even though I know I could sue you guys and win a very easy case , but the lady at the counter refused and was rude to me and started disrespecting me in Spanish. Then she started recording me so I recorded her as well. Idk what subway's policy about recording customers is but it shouldn't be allowed. The lady told me that they don't even have staples there but I immediately pointed out the stapler right next to the food! Just give me my money back!

Absolutely horrible service. Cashier said we had to pay first before ordering our sandwich. When she was making my sandwich I asked for extra avocado. She said ,"I didn't charge you for it." I told her I will pay for extra. Then I was told I had to wait 10 minutes. Her attitude and service was horrible. This location has always been our favorite. Not anymore.
