Still Coffee & Treats

This place is a HIDDEN GEM. Their drinks are so amazing and the owners, Stella and David are extremely nice and down to earth. I love supporting local businesses so I stopped by here to pick up a drink before heading to work.Upon entering, the ambiance and vibes are amazing. It's minimalistic with some seating, and the overall interior is aesthetic. I got "the usual" drink, which is a latte with their cream top; very similar to an einspanner latte. When I tell you it's good... ITS GOOD. The espresso really comes through with a smooth flavor, and their cream top is PERFECTION. It's super thick and creamy, and mixed perfectly with the drink. I've tried a lot of coffee shops, from OC to LA and this definitely ranks in my top coffee shops.Give this place a try and I promise you, you won't regret it. Definitely adding this place in to my regular rotation!

Parking: 8/10. Spacious on the weekdays, crowded on the weekends. Drinks: The Usual: 10/10. The generous amount of cream top is a plus for me! Good espresso. Spanish latte: 9/10. Good standard drink. A bit on the sweet side, which can be adjusted. Ambiance: super sweet barista, some seatings available inside.

Discovered this coffee spot while going to try Do Coffee, which is a few steps down from this place. The inside is bright, quiet/calm, and filled with wooden furniture. Service was quick and sweet. Got the "Usual" with oat milk. The drink is not too sweet but super flavorful and creamy. I loved the cream that comes on top (it's a bit thick though so it doesn't mix easily with the liquid). Excited to come back and try their other specialty drinks!

Went here randomly after lunch to get another matcha fix (since the one I had in the morning wasn't enough :')) It's a cute little cafe with a lot of seating available. I ordered the iced strawberry matcha and it's pretty delicious. Great balance between strawberry and matcha. Service is wonderful too, the lady was really nice and great at making my drink. Def will be back to try their coffees as well since I work nearby!

Took some time last week to be "Still" and come check out this coffee shop!Still is located where Dot and Dough used to be (I'm pretty sure it's the same owners, though). They're going to have some fierce competition, as they're next to Omomo and another coffee place opening soon.My friend and I went in and it was pretty empty. Didn't catch the workers name, but she was very kind and gave us good recommendations. I got the Usual with almond milk and my friend got their strawberry latte. We also got a bacon and chive croissant to share. We chatted and looked around while waiting and the worker graciously brought us our drinks. The Usual was good! I liked the foam. However, $1.20 for a milk alternative is the most I have ever seen, especially for Brea. I had a sip of my friends strawberry latte and I actually really enjoyed that one as well. The croissant was also yummy and flavorful. I enjoyed it!I'm going to give Still a 4.5 (but will round to 5). Hope they continue to thrive and continue to adapt as they branch out from their soft opening phase.

Strawberry matcha was a 10/10 I really enjoyed it . It wasn't just milk or strawberry ! I tasted the matcha ! Now in days matcha taste like milk . And I really appreciate a good matcha and this place gave me just that ! I would have given them a 5 but my bf's vanilla latte wasn't the best. It taste too sweet /syrup . Less syrup more coffee would be so much better !

Goodbye Dot & Dough, hello Still Coffee & Treats! Same building and similar ambiance but totally different offerings. It looks like they went from mochi donuts being the star over to a more coffee/matcha oriented little shop. The lady working this morning recognized me from being a semi-regular patron at Dot & Dough so that was a very warm welcome.It's a little hard to find this little shop if you haven't been to Dot & Dough in the past because they haven't fixed the signage yet but there's a little sign up front with the rebranded signage. Due to them being in their soft opening phase, the menu is very limited but still has a good variety of drinks available. You'll find the prices around the left side where the register is on a little menu available that's more clear.Here's what I ordered:**The Usual: They use organic espresso beans and you can definitely tell that they use quality beans. The coffee portion itself was strong and had a good balance of flavor. The part that shined was their housemade cream top. The cream tasted like a traditional vanilla soft serve. It had the perfect balance of a thick to creamy ratio. (5/5)**Matcha Latte: I opted out for their iced half sweet matcha latte with oat milk. The overall matcha flavor was on the weaker side but it wasn't too sweet nor was it bitter. However, it was very refreshing and it didn't have any artificial flavoring like some places do. (3.5/5)**Cinnamon Sugar Mochi Donut: Dot & Dough had the best mochi donuts in town by a longshot. It's the same great flavor with quality ingredients made with love. It's not overly sweet and the pastry is baked perfectly. (5/5)Overall, great first impressions. I'm sure they'll tinker around with the menu a bit as time goes by but I'll definitely be back again in the near future. Also a plus because they are open very early!

As an avid coffee drinker, I was excited to try this new place! It was empty when we went in, I'm assuming because we went in 30 min before closing and because it's fairly new, but I highly recommend! The drinks are decently priced and very good! Didn't catch her name, but the woman who took our order was so kind and efficient! Cute design too and nice seating. Will definitely be coming back!

I recently visited this new coffee shop in my neighborhood, and I'm already planning my next trip! The space is clean, with minimalist decor that gives it such a calming vibe. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which always makes a huge difference. I tried both their coffee and matcha, and they were both delicious. Plus, there's plenty of seating, so you can relax or work without feeling cramped. The best part? There's ample parking, which is a rarity for most coffee shops around here. The prices are fair.
