What a darling spot. On a beautiful day it's the perfect setting to enjoy the patio. It's clean offering a healthy menu at reasonable prices. The salmon plate was delicious, tender, and a healthy portion too! The service was perfect from start to finish. This is definitely one of our new favorite spots. I didn't think to take pictures. We were consumed with our enjoyment. Next time. :)

Very delish. Took 15 min to make my burrito. Burrito was sauuurrr good probs the best breakfast burrito I've had. The tots were soooo crispy, I was so surprised. The eggs were nice and creamy, not rubbery at all. It was seasoned well and the salsa was great! Con: it was $15 - $17 (I forgot)Definitely recommend if you're near the area. It's right across from Irvine Spectrum.

We got to the Irvine Spectrum around 930am to catch a 11am movie. We were hungry and nothing was open at the mall. Wondered across the street and found this little gem located on the ground floor of an office building. It's nothing glamorous but the breakfast steak and egg burrito and avocado toast were outstanding. Service was friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Great prices as well. I like the lunch offerings so definitely coming back. Only bar seating inside but outside they have a large patio with comfy seating. A great alternative to pricey dining at the mall.

Order online and they make it super quick. I work in the building and this is by far my favorite go to. I get the breakfast burrito add turkey sausage and it's honestly really great. Their salads on my opinion are worth their price - they are huge and fairly priced. Seriously, I preorder here every time in in office and pick it up when they text me.

Friendly people. Clean and there's outside seating. The food is fresh and delicious! Ordered the burrito sausage/verde and black coffee. Didn't skimp on the ingredients. Delicious salsa. Coffee wasn't bitter or sour. What a great place.

This place is pretty good. I come here about once a month. I always get the kale Kai salad as that seems to be the only option I can make vegan here.....it okay just needs more substance, maybe like red onions or chickpeas.....coworker agrees that the Cobb salad needs more substance as well.

I work in this building so I came down the first time out of convenience. And then, I was hooked. The salmon bowl is one of the best I've ever had and now I look forward to working in the building so I can come down and have this for lunch. Their breakfast options are also great, but this is my favorite.

First visit for lunch. Work across the street. Decided to try something basic -- the teriyaki chicken bowl. It was the best I've ever had, and I've had a few. Good chicken, nice veggies, and one of the best teriyaki sauces I've had. Will definitely get it again.
