The Soup Shop on Euclid/Ball is our go-to for awesome late-nite food after a long day at Disneyland. Chianti and all of the night crew are efficient, attentive and friendly, even when it gets close to their closing time. With Disneyland employees and guests both heading over after the park, the restaurant is still bustling at 1am! Just be sure to be there before 1 and if they still have room, they'll be able to seat you.The rib-eye and rib bone pho options are both excellent and our kids love the popcorn chicken. With such consistently excellent service and food quality, we're regulars even though we're not locals!

It was ok. I think the best thing I had was the crunchy pork bao. It was very yummy. I'd never had a fried bao before, but I really liked the crispy outside and fried dough underneath. Unfortunately, that's where my meal peaked. I thought the pho was ok. The broth was fine - a bit too light for me. The garlic noodles were fine as well. The crispy chicken it came with was a little dry. I liked my passionfruit juice though. The inside of the restaurant is pretty nice. And the service was friendly.

Honestly, it's a shame. I really like the food here but the reason why I'm giving it 2 star is because of the issues I've ran into when paying.Twice did I get charged the wrong table and end up paying more than my actual total. The first time I was charged significantly more than I expected and when I received the receipt, I realized it was for the wrong table. I informed the staff and they told me they cancelled the charge and needed to charge my card for the correct table. No big deal, but 1 week passed by and I had yet to receive a refund. What's even weirder is their system charges you twice for the incorrect order before you supposedly get your refund. So I was charged the wrong table twice and my table. It wasn't a huge concern as I was expecting the incorrect charge to fall off and refund to my account, but who would like ~$150 to be temporarily held? No one. However, I was assured the refund would arrive within 3-5 days but it had been a week and no movement happened. I returned to the store and none of the staff could help me so they asked for my number and needed the owner to reach out to me. Great - more waiting. I eventually got a text from 2 people - Quang and Quinnie. After some friendly back and forth, they ended up refunding me and told me there was an issue with their payment processor on their end and my refund in fact never properly processed.Fast forward to today, the same thing happened again. The gentleman that rung me up was in such a hurry to ring me up that he charged me the wrong table again... he had to call over another guy to refund me and charge the correct table. (Yup, sounds like the exact same scenario). Basically $41 for the wrong table the first time, another $41 for the refund, then $36 for my table. Net total after the refund processes will be -$36 on my end but until that refund process, it's currently costing me $118 temporarily as everything gets processed.Anyway, the food was good, service in terms of during your dining is good. But make sure the staff slows the hell down when they're ringing you up and have them read out your table's order or better yet, don't go up to the counter to pay and ask for a check first to look over (most Vietnamese pho places have you go up front to pay, at least it was this way for the longest time but it seems more and more places are upgrading their payment system and they bring a check to your table now). Pro-tip: use a credit card so you can chargeback should this issue get drawn out.So if you want good pho and you're okay with having $100-$150 of cash to have temporarily held, then by all means, eat here. Otherwise, I'd recommend Sup by Kei Concepts or any of the Pho places with a number in their name.If the owner is reading this, train your staff better. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

FoodComing in from a very rainy and cold day at Disneyland, my friends and I were craving for something to keep us warm and we got recommended to go here to soup shop which is open crazy late. At around 9pm, we waited for about 30 mins to get our party of 7 seated. Personally, I got Pho Rib bones as I was pretty hungry and the huge serving of rib bones enticed me. The broth itself had some good depth of flavor, very comforting, and was nice and warm. The noodles were cooked pretty good. For the main attraction, the rib bones, the flavor was really good and it was pretty tender. I believe the bones could have been more tender as it didn't automatically fall off the bones and it was pretty hard to remove since it was sitting in the hot broth, but to be honest, I would definitely order it again if I was that hungry again after a long day of walking in disneyland.Service/AmbianceLove the modern and clean of look of the restaurant. Took a while to get us seated at 9pm but it was fine give the size of our party. The staff were nice and communicative. The food took a while to arrive and it didn't all arrive at the same time so some people in our party were eating earlier than others. Given how busy the restaurant was, it was pretty understandable. Overall tho, I would definitely come back as it was pretty good food that offers more than pho.

After a long day at Disneyland, this has been kind of my go to spot to grab some food especially when it's closer to midnight since it's one of the few places that are open super late. I'm a fan of their garlic noodles. Something about how it tastes really satisfies some sort of craving I have. Their pho has also been pretty good, my go to for those cold rainy days. If you're looking for a side dish you can get a plate of good tasting Cajun fries. I do warn you they have a slight kick. One of my favorite things about what they've done recently is how they've added photos of their food on their menu. You know what they say, they eyes always eat first. The service is quick and friendly, our turn around time is pretty quick. As for ambiance, inside is nice and bright, it's a great place to end. Super clean!

For a late night place, this is some solid pho! It's great for people at Disney and want something different. The service was fantastic - shout out to Chantily (sorry if I bothered the name!!!). Food was good, pho was nice and meaty but a little oily. Food: Wings were good and crispy but I was hoping they'd come with the marinade on it. It's very modern inside but a little small. I will have to dock a star because we ordered the rib bone for the pho but it costed $5 and it was really small. Prices overall are higher but it makes sense for the area.

Looking for something to eat? Soup Shop is a great option! The price is right, portions filling, and taste is good! We ordered the combination pho. Want to try their drinks, apps, or non-soup entres? The menu is basically an editorial magazine, offering solo shots of each dish. If you're a visual chooser, this is the spot for you! They also have drinks like horchata and apps like cajun fries. Kind of random, but not mad about it at all! Ordered: Combination pho

Omgggggg my favorite!!!!!!!! 20/20 Would recommend This review is long overdue. But I have been coming here for a couple years now! The last time I was in town I went there 4 nights in a row.The Shaken beef is incredible. I especially love how it is an option with your pho. You can't get this anywhere else! Wow! Sometimes I like to get it as an entree with rice and it really hits the spot. It's like a super tender beef cubes, sautéed in a sweet oyster sauce like flavor with onions and bell peppers The pho is incredible. Broth flavor is perfect every time. Now I do a dessert first thing, and their crème brûlée is out of this world. Whaaa?? The Vietnamese coffee is insane. Never tasted it quite like how they do it. The perfect sweetness of condensed milk and a hint of hazelnut or something yummy and sweet. I love strong coffee, so yes, it was amazing.I love Soup Shop and highly recommend to everyone!Initially, I was looking for somewhere to eat after Disneyland. It was late and I was cold. This place is open until 1:30a and always busy, and for good reason. Don't sleep on this place, come by

1. The service is attentive and quick.2. My husband ordered the pork short ribs rice plate, and he enjoyed it; he devoured and loved every bite of it. 3. When I want pho, I always go to Soup Shop. Had the filet mignot with it, and that meat was delicious. It was cooked very well.4. It can be pricey, but the meals are worth it. 5. 11/10 Highly recommended :)
