And Song Hak heard God's plea.Come here if you want to experience the light.We were experiencing Song Hak withdrawal, and on the off chance it was closed on a Sunday, we decided to look it up to see if it was open.As we got to the Yelp page, our eyes sunk as they met the two words... "TEMPORARILY CLOSED.""Why?" we asked. "How can this be?" It was here that we realized that Song Hak has forsaken us (until Feb 28). It must be a grand punishment for having used their light too much.Cold sweats started. We decided to take out our trusty cellphones and use the flashlight feature, to experience an artificial light for our vitamin-D deficient bodies while we wait for the return of our savior.Until another day, Song Hak, for your excellent intestines, fried rice, tartare, and cold noodles.

Amazing place for all your intestine cravings/needs.We had a large party and they kindly rearranged the tables for us as well as another large party. It goes without saying the food here is delicious. My favorite is the large intestine. We ordered 2 of the large intestine combo and some sides. The only thing I didn't like was the corn cheese, too much corn and not enough cheese - the corn was also very bland and tasteless. But the other food made up for it!When the restaurant is full, it does get pretty loud with all the conversations going on. We were sitting pretty close to other parties as well but that may just be because they had to rearrange the seating to accommodate the two large parties. The only thing is that they don't come around to check water levels or refill the banchan or anything like that. So you have to be proactive in that sense.

Finally tried this place after talking about it for the past 2-3 years. It's a smaller kbbq spot and it's not AYCE. Parking is to the side/back of the restaurant.We came for an early dinner around 6pm on a weekend and didn't have to wait for a table. We ordered the brisket, pork belly, and galbi. Three plates of meat is PLENTY for two people along with all the banchan + rice. Our combo also came with soups so it was definitely plenty of food.My favorite banchan here is the kimchi. It tastes hella fresh and the crunch is perfect. The spice is just right. Of the three meats, I liked them in this order: brisket, short ribs, pork belly.For all my hot sauce lovers, they don't have hot sauce here. I do wish they had hot sauce but it didn't take away from the meal. Overall really enjoyed eating here and would come again.

I'm so sad my favorite place for family dinner is temporarily closed! I hope they reopen as stated on google, otherwise, I'm going to have to find another place!

Can't wait to come back here whenever I crave intestine barbecue or Gopchang. We were in the area so we decided to try this place because every time we want to eat Gopchang we always go to Ahgassi Gopchang. The portion is very generous. We opted in for the pick three out of the list combo. The downside is there was only one person working in the restaurant as a server so it took some time for us to get water or get our order. Parking is available at the back. Interior of the restaurant is very cozy and intimate.

I've been going here for years and I still taste just as good since I first started going here!This place is very hole in the wall vibes so don't expect too much. Come with the idea that you're about to eat good and possibly drink good too depending on the vibes of you and your group. The service is great! Sometimes it could be short staffed so just be a decent human being. Intestines isn't a place where it gets traffic like that because it is definitely a very niche audience so they probably don't get as much business as other restaurants would. So just sit back, let the workers do they thing, and be patient!But the food, the food is like a feast once it all comes together. you should always try to get the combo. It's the best deal vs buying everything separately. The combo gives you 3 meat choice to pick from. I always get large intestines, abodassum (spelled it completely wrong i already know), and tripe. All 3 are unique and flavorful in their one way. You also get. a kimchi stew, egg, and a lot of banchans. A great place to satisfy your intestine craving!

Small intestines are bomb. We also ordered pork belly and beef stomach. I asked the waited if she get combo 1 or 2 he said nah people don't come there for that. People get the intestine combo which comes with many side dishes such as spicey soup, egg cake and cheese corn. All good. Highly recommend if you're into this delicious delicacy.

The food here was not great. The side dishes were so disappointing from the typical Korean bbq spot. All you get is a steamed egg, kimchi or bean stew, small japche some bean sprout thing, chives and that's about all I could remember. The beef brisket came out on a hot plate and was partially cooked as seen in the photo. So you basically had to eat it as fast as you could or risk it burning and overcooking. The service was definitely lacking. Had to ask for a pitcher of water 3x before we even got one. We asked for a bowl of rice for the baby and it took forever to get a bowl. Honestly they need more staff. The first meat came out after 30mins of ordering, not sure what they were doing in the back.The place is a grease trap. When you first walk in, it looks like a small house with some tables setup. There isn't proper ventilation for all the smoke from the kbbq. The walls and ceilings were covered in grease, including the chairs and table. On top of that the stove was tilted at one point and the grease was not draining out the skillet and was splashing everywhere. Not even sure how the health grade was an A. This place would seem to be a magnet for roaches with the amount of grease everywhere.Food is mid at best, service is slow and lacking, and the ambiance is sticky and slippery.

I went to this place with my parents who came to visit me from East coast. My sad wanted to eat Korean style gopchang so I found this place. We ordered combo which serves 3-4 people and the quantity was enough for 4 people. There were only one person working at the time we were there and she looked too busy taking care of 4 tables by herself. She was kind but it was hard to reach her since she was so busy working at the hall and also working back in the kitchen.

we ordered a large combo of intestine and it was very good.Hoon helped us with the cooking since we were in a large group.
