Yum yum yum snooze never lets me down! I love their shrimp and grits (check my reviews, I literally order it everywhere) and these ones are on point! The shrimps are so juicy and seasoned so well! They have a nice selection of pancakes in fun flavors to try out and a pretty extensive and customizable eggs benny list. They also have a nice selection of drinks (alcoholic and non) to choose from for whatever fits your mood. Their outdoor seating is perfect for a cute and sunny lil brunch! There can be a wait on the weekends, as per all good brunch places, but this one definitely lives up to the hype. The servers are also always so nice!

We had such outstanding service! It was a busy Sunday morning. I utilized the Yelp check in feature so we didn't have to wait at the door, we could wait at our car instead. When they were ready for us, we walked up and were sat almost immediately. We ordered our meal and it came out fairly quickly. Everything was delicious. Moreover, every employee from the greeter to the server, the food runners, and everyone else was friendly and helpful. We sat inside where it was a little loud, but cheerfully decorated. Our booth was comfortable for the 6 of us.

Haven't been here in a few years. Came back this time around with the entire family for my birthday. Arrived at 8am. No wait, no lines. Granted it was a Monday, but still... yummy food and great service. Ordered the OMG French toast. This item is a hit. Everyone loves it and prob the best item on the menu. You seriously need to get this to share! Yes, share because the portions are huge and heavy ! Also got some hash browns and some poli sausages. Yum! If you have kids, there's a kids menu that they'll offer which actually has crayons and a map for the kids to entertain themselves. Overall still a 5/5 star experience. The food and service. Love this place.

Since this location is at the Market Place, there is lots of available parking and many nearby stores for food and general shopping. For brunch and group of 4 of a weekday, we did not have to wait more than a few minutes before we were seated. The interior was definitely giving lighthearted brunch vibes!The second to last time I was here, I had a guest visiting from overseas & it felt like he got extra special treatment when they brought over an extra pancake for him which was an indirect win for me, as the designated tour guide! This experience encouraged my return and my experience was decent. I ordered the chocolate pancakes which were are a staple and hard to go wrong with! I also ordered an extra sweet iced vanilla which was okay -- a bit underwhelming so I personally would not order it again. Overall, Snooze is a decent brunch stop, especially amongst restaurants for the Market Place.

Wait was longer than originally expected, had a extremely hard time getting refills on drinks had to ask more than 2x's food was great in flavor but temperature was off most of the table had just warm food, also forgot toast for 1 of the 2 omelets.We go here often, we had family with us from out of town so it was quite the disappointment.

Our first visit I would have ranked this place at least a 4 but because of our latest visit, unfortunately the negative reviews from other patrons appear to be accurate and reflective of a normal dining experience here. In summary, we showed up at the same time and the same day of the week and had completely different experiences. The first time we ordered it was no problem and the server answered all our questions. The second visit, the server couldn't be bothered. The first time we ordered, our food came out quick and no mistakes were made. And in fact we got one extra item from the server bc she insisted we try a pancake. The second visit, there were multiple mistakes to our order and the server disputed around the mistake. We had to insist we get new eggs bc the eggs were soaked in oil and were inedible. Also they put butter on the toast despite telling the server about a food intolerance. On top of that the hashbrowns portion was one thin layer of potatoes compared to the first time that was a mountain sized portion. Our server disappeared on us and we had to ask another server for our bill so we could check out. It can be challenging to tell who is working there and who isn't because there is no unity amongst workers color shirts. Overall the setting/decorations are nice and more modern. It is very loud in the restaurant. I'm sure once the weather gets better, outdoor seating will be better for people who are after a more chill atmosphere that will allow for general conversation. It was so loud my wife and I could hold a normal conversation without yelling over the noise. The total 180 flip flop of our recent experience justifies all the negative reviews of this place. We live really close to this place and it could have been a great place to enjoy breakfast on the weekends, but after our recent experience, we aren't sure we will ever return. Our first visit was so positive and we would have recommended this place to our friends family. We even spoke about it on the drive home how the reviews on Yelp seemed inaccurate. But after our last visit, we can now see why it has so many negative reviews. Hopefully the restaurant management can make some changes to positively impact the customers experience. We wish this establishment the best, but we cannot recommend this place to anyone with any confidence after our recent visit.

This place is awesome. Much of the wait staff wear pajamas and I just adore that; wish I would have known!Nice variety of offerings. Very busy on the Saturday morning we went and I was glad to see the ability to join their waitlist on their Yelp listing...saved us more than 30 minutes!Staff were friendly and efficient.The only negative was the noise. It was excessively loud. The music is fairly loud and then diners were speaking loudly to be heard and some customers were obnoxiously loud and uproarious as if nobody ever let them indoors before (you know who you are).Other than the noise, well enjoyed ourselves very much.
