Snooze is good. Really good! Came here for an early morning breakfast with a friend visiting from out of town. Service was outstanding (sorry I don't remember your name). The vibe in the place is super cool - 1950's retro. I got the corned beef hash. It was absolutely delicious! The hot sauce was also super tasty!I want to go back here again soon, and regularly! Delicious! Great service!

I vividly recall as a small boy my parents letting me know that going out to eat in a restaurant was as much for the experience and adventure, as it was for the food. This restaurant did not disappoint on any level. In all my years, I have never had a more pleasant breakfast dining experience than at this wonderful establishment.Our server, Stephanie was as knowledgeable about the menu as she was kind and friendly. We were never rushed, answered every question we had thoroughly and was genuinely attentive to make sure our food was to our liking.Having heard about Snooze for a long time, I've wanted to go there but living in Los Angeles makes it difficult as the closest one is an hour away. Today was a holiday and it was decided that this was the day to make the drive. Am I glad I did!The food was exquisitely delicious. The different styles of Eggs Benedict made choosing one variety nearly impossible to decide. To my delight, they have an option for you to have two different styles. I went for the traditional kind and also had the what was called the Bella Bella. Both were savory and perfect. I'm so glad I had them both and I can't tell you which one I preferred. Stephanie told me that the secret is that the sauce is a smoked cheddar hollandaise. Accompanying the entree was a tasty hash brown serving and arugula. The ham Benedict was served on an English muffin and the Bella Bella was seated on top of a ciabatta. I've never been so overjoyed by Benedict before.I also received a blueberry pancake that was out of this world. In addition to a generous size mug of their excellent coffee, they offer $5 mimosas and Bloody Marys in different variations. I opted for the traditional Mary and even that had a delicious and unique slant to it.As we were complimenting Stephanie while she was clearing our dishes from the table, another wonderful server, Jenn, came by and took our dirty dishes from Stephanie while we were complimenting her. I've never seen another waitress do that before. I mentioned it to Jenn and she came over to say that she loves her friend Stephanie and that they do that for each other. What an amazing staff!Before we left, I spoke to the General Manager. Greg told me that he was very fortunate to have a staff that is so well mannered, professional and kind to the patrons and their fellow colleagues. He said that for them and for him, it's not just a job but an enjoyable place to work and be with nice people.I told them all that the hour trip was more than worth the time to be in such a comfortable and lovely atmosphere. I ate outside and the weather was picture perfect. Stephanie is picture perfect. Jenn is picture perfect. Greg is the kind of boss anyone should be blessed to work for.I am planning on my return visit and you should too. I've found a vacation in a meal. I left so happy, I can hardly wait to go back and capture the magic of this Huntington Beach Snooze AM. All they need is a place to take a nap for a few hours after you've eaten there and I'd be in breakfast heaven. MARIA IS A ROCKSTAR! I can't say enough great things about my experiences at Snooze, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible service from Maria! I've had the pleasure of being taken care of by her twice now, and both times, she has been nothing short of exceptional.Maria is the kind of server who truly elevates your dining experience. She's incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and upbeat, making you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you sit down. She takes the time to ensure that your order is accurate and perfect, and she always checks back to make sure everything is nothing less than amazing. As a picky vegan, she knew exactly how to accommodate my dietary restrictions and preferences. What really stands out is her consistency--I've been to plenty of places where it feels like the waitstaff forgets about the table, but not Maria! She is on top of everything without ever feeling intrusive, making sure you're enjoying your meal and have everything you need. Her positive energy and warmth make dining at Snooze an absolute treat. Honestly, I'm not super big on breakfast food so I can't say I enjoyed this place a ton but the food was okay. What made this experience great was that our waitress was really friendly and helpful. The pork belly fried rice can be a bit heavy to have for breakfast but it was still good. The pancake flights were decent and I preferred the strawberry shortcake over the Churros. I'm a sucker for an eggs Benedict and the eggs Benedict here was okay. They have many different types of Benedict but we just tried the basic ham Benedict. I also got a latte which was decent but felt a little heavy from the oatmeal. Still a decent breakfast spot with plenty of seating though.

The family and I came in for lunch Saturday and had the BEST time!! We joined the waitlist from home which is a massive benefit considering we have four kids to chase around. We were seated immediately when we arrived. Shortly after being seated we were greeted by Natalie who had such a great energy about her. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient as our kids practiced their order placing skills on her. The food arrived quickly and was not only beautiful but delicious too! I ordered the veggie scramble with chicken sausage and loved it- felt like a victory getting 39g of protein in before having a bite of the pancake trio we ordered. The kids enjoyed eggs and the seasonal nana's hot cocoa pancakes which was adorable! Served with a beautiful marshmallow, crumbled candy cane and hot cocoa poured over! Kid heaven!!! We will absolutely be back! Thank you Natalie for helping us have such a great dining experience.

Wow, this place was amazing! I had been to the location in Tustin and couldn't imagine any place could be as good, but this most definitely was. Really encourage anyone who likes eggs Benedict to give one of their many renditions of the dish a try. You can even have one of one type of Benedict and the other another type, so it's really a great opportunity to try them out.We had such great service here. The gentleman waiting on us was personable, prompt, funny, and very helpful and kept our coffee full.

Snooze Breakfast Burrito drenched in the salsa verde and covered in melted cheese was good portion wise as a brunch option but lacked flavor. Chicken sausage that was added in honestly was a bit disappointing: a bit tough and dry but at least there was a slight sear. Monte Cristo with the brioche bread was better than the burrito. The strawberry jam sauce had a spicy kick to it. The bread is soft with plenty of ham slices topped with the cheese pairing well with the candied pecans and side salad. Amazing service as usual

Been here with family and friends a few times now and we're always served with food that is appealing to the eyes and satisfying the tastebuds.I always try to pick something different, this time I opted for the Crab & Asparagus omelet with greens salad tossed in a tasty Parmesan Dijon vinaigrette dressing. The others ordered the Snooze Breakfast Burrito, Garden Harvest Omelet and Chile Verde Benedict. My mom ordered the Blood Orange Punch (mocktail) and I got the Super Greens (fresh juice). Everything is very tasty and fresh. The restaurant is always bustling and has a bright retro vibe. It was my parents' first time and they can't wait to go again.

Snooze in Huntington Beach is the kind of breakfast spot that feels like you've stepped into a 50s time machine--but with more bacon and less beehive hair. The place is as bright and cheery as your mom's kitchen after a triple shot of espresso, and the open space makes you feel like you can dance the twist if the mood strikes (but please don't, I'll be trying to eat my pancakes).I was greeted like I was a long-lost friend by the front desk, which was a nice surprise. I went for the classic breakfast--bacon, eggs over medium, and instead of toast, I decided to go full send with a pancake. Not just any pancake, though--this one was the size of a small city and covered in real maple syrup that might as well have been straight from a Canadian dream. It was delicious--like a warm hug from a bacon-wrapped angel.If you're looking for a place that serves food with a side of good vibes, and maybe a side of calories you don't regret, Snooze is your jam.
