Came here before our visit to Disneyland! Coming from the tram, it was a little difficult to find. Come to find out, it's at the end of Downtown Disneyland next to the Lego Store. We ordered an Iced Chai Latte and a Lavender Latte. Both were good but the place didn't have napkins outside or straws for customers to choose from. When waiting at the side window, no one came to help. It seemed that everyone was really just inside. The drinks were good, a little pricey (it's Disney, so no duh). I wish they had a little bigger menu for snacks/food. Still a good spot to stop and get something to sip.

Came on a Friday morning with not many people in line. First the wait for the line was incredibly long wait, about 20 minutes. We got to the window, ordered, and paid. They told us that they were out of one of the sandwiches we ordered and it took them 15 minutes to get a refund for the transaction. I think the food is only ok for the price. I got a matcha and egg sandwich. The matcha came sweetened which I also didn't enjoy. Do better Disney.

Sip & Sonder is located in Downtown Disney. They offer a variety of drinks & bite size foods. As much as I want to say so much positive things on here about this place, I was really disappointed. I waited in line for about 30 mins with only 4 people ahead of me. When I got to the window, the person taking our order didn't know much about anything & had to circle back to other staff to ask simple questions or to see if they had any left over inventory. Mind you, it was 5pm on a Sunday. It took a lot longer than it really needed to be just to order some drinks. I ended up ordering the Onyx & a serenade.. the drinks came out lukewarm and wasn't good. Sad to say that you'll get better coffee at Starbucks or a stall at the parks. Save yourself the time & take a simple stroll down downtown Disney for better coffee

This is a new coffee spot located at Downtown Disney. There was a bit of a line but it went by fast. They have different coffee, lattes, and some food. They don't have any seats but it's located next to their food court building which has tables. I got the hot matcha latte. It came out the perfect temperature. It wasn't crazy hot and was a good temperature to drink right away. Their matcha didn't seem the best quality. Their hazelnut latte with almond milk was the perfect amount of bitter. I would say this spot is okay. Not sure if I'd recommend again but it wasn't bad.

The Baseline: For a coffee shop the baseline involves the quality of the roast, the taste of the coffee, and the preparation of specialty drinks/food items.Food: The coffee here has a great taste, is well prepared, and is roasted well. The menu provides unique offerings, such as the Onyx (vanilla charcoal latte) and the Sweet Rhapsody (Lavender Mocha Latte), which are tasty and well prepared. The size is big enough if you order a large. You also get a 10% discounter if you are a Magic Key holder.Service: The day I went there it was a little slow. It was within the first two weeks of opening so I will admit it is subject to change in a future visit. Otherwise the staff was friendly and engaging.Ambiance: Since it is a stand, there isn't dedicated seating immediately available but there is an upstairs terrace which you can order from and have it delivered. Otherwise this is in a more active area of Downtown Disney with a great amount of activity. From the terrace you can view the fireworks or you can go to the quad to enjoy live music when available. It is a fun place to enjoy your coffee.

I really wanted to like this place but there was just too many cons. First off, it took 30 minutes just to get to the register when there was only 4 people ahead of me. By the time I got to the register, items that I wanted was gone already. If they wrote it somewhere or said it out loud, I wouldn't have to wait 30 minutes and just went somewhere else. But since I waited that long, might as well order something.I ended up getting an earl grey tea on ice. The cashier left his station to make the drink...which he should've has the barista's make it...since he didn't know how to make the drink and was asking where things were. It took 6 minutes to make the drink, which created a line of 15 people behind me. When I got the drink, I didn't know it was earl grey mixed with English tea. I don't like English tea, so it made the whole drink taste like burnt tea with a small hint of earl grey. This place isn't work waiting 30+ minutes for and let alone a simple drink didn't even taste good. I'll hopefully try it again when they have their slushies available. Hopefully it's not too sour or too tart.

Sip & Sonder is located outside of Parkside Market but it is a part of it. I sat at Vista lounge and there's a waitress that took my order for drinks or any of the food that is part of Parkside Market. I went downstairs to look at the cookies and cream cinnamon roll and ran back upstairs to order. I could've ordered it there and received it sooner. I figured I would have her do it since she needed something to do. I was wrong. It took her double the time to bring it up to me! The cinnamon roll itself was cold and dry. I wished they could've warned it up but then the icing would melt. It was just Ok. I would not get it again.

Seemed good at first, but then it got super sweet as it melted. Got the "Butterfly Pea Flower Coconut Vanilla Slushie" under So Icy on the menu. A lot more coconut-ty than I expected. Also had some oat milk in it apparently..... willing to try another drink next time maybe. But this was already close to $8....sheesh.

The shortest line of all the establishments at downtown Disney. The coffee was alright, nothing spectacular. I took off a point for the lack of flavor and the lukewarm temperature of my lavender vanilla latte. The services was quick and easy. I liked the live music nearby. The price point is higher than I would have liked but I completely understand that Mickey Mouse tax.

If you are reading reviews to consider ordering here, let me help you out. Order elsewhere!2/28/25 - ordered 2 vanilla lattes with oat milk, a breakfast sandwich and a croissant. After paying I was told by Christopher, they didn't have the breakfast sandwich, did we want a chicken sandwich? How do you not know what you have when it's morning and you just opened? Are you still asleep? We said yes so as not to make a fuss. The croissant came out cold, hard and stale. I asked the girl at the window if she could heat it up and she seemed annoyed, tossed it in the trash and gave me a warm one. Still hard and stale though. The lattes were made with whole milk and not oat milk like I asked. This is why I don't tip until I get my food. In this case they didn't get a tip. The staff are the worst and the food is gross!! Any wait for this place to close, and something better open in its place!
