This restaurant does not get the press, or...idk praise that some of the other Thai restaurants around here gets, but it definitely deserves it. Look, its a Thai restaurant, if you think you're going to get amazing service, just pick a different type of food. It isn't that the service was bad, it was fine...but its a thai place, be happy they bring the food. The ambience is chill, not to quiet and not too loud either. Just a good place to get a nice comforting thai meal. For some reason thai food is comfort food for me now...idk...i'm growing up...into a thai person...with a light complexion ...and a filipino wife. Any who, lets get to the food. kain na tayo!!The Tom Yum bowl!! One of my favorite things about Thai food is their use of lemon grass. They don't over do it...they use it perfectly here. If you haven't had it before, or if you are not used to "sour" asian soups, it may catch you off guard. but if it is an acquired taste, this is a taste worth acquiring!! Tom Yum is amazing and no one (my apologies to my wife) does coconut like the Thai places!!I also had the duck curry...I can't resist Duck...this wasan incredibly well made duck with complimentary flavors...IDK I wish more american restaurants would offer duck...it is such a flavorful and rich meat, which, again...goes amazing with the peppers and coconut milk.I will return here and I will try their Larb, one of my favorite dishes, but I almost forgot...the egg noodle soup. GET IT!! sets the tone for a great meal!!

The second try at this place wasn't as good as the first time. Maybe an off day?Negatives:-Taste, we got 3 items. The khao soi was more creamier than we normally like it. The pad Thai was a little too tangy and the spicy fried rice tasted a little spoiled. It could be that they left the rice out too long or didn't store it in the fridge. I could tell by the slimey and slightly sour taste of the rice. -ambiance, I might be old and picky for saying this, but I got tired of the Ariana grande and The Weeknd songs. But I won't count this against them.Positives:-service, they were very quick and polite to us. Overall 3/5The value of the food was standard, not too expensive just standard. Because we have been to so many Thai spots and Thai being my wife's favorite cuisine, this was not up to par for us. I wanted to give this place a better score based on our first time here, but after this time I don't think we'll be coming back.

I have been here several times over 2-3 years. Always love the tom yum, pad see ew, and sa tor. Yellow curry is good too.The place is a nice place to eat. It is usually quiet with one or two other tables with customers.I guess service is slower than some restaurants. But I like the food and I think is worth waiting for. I haven't notice some of the things in the other poor reviews but a family can have their off days.

Food: Ordered papaya salad with shrimp, spice level medium, and Khao Soi, spice level spicy. The papaya salad was not a papaya salad which was disappointing. Instead of papaya, we got lettuce. The shrimp was cooked well though. The Khao Soi was delicious. It was thick and creamy and the chicken was tender. My only issue was that there was no spice. I asked for it to be spicy and there was zero spice as far as I could tell. Service: The service was unfortunately slow even though it was fairly empty inside. Staff was really nice though.

Im honestly surprised by the high ratings for this restaurant. It took 15 minutes just to get water after being seated. I specifically asked for no peanuts, yet my Pad Thai arrived with peanuts anyway. When I pointed it out, the waiter simply apologized and didn't even offer to remake the dish. On top of that, I also ordered Pad See Ew, and the beef was tough and far from tender. Overall, the service was slow, and the food was disappointing. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place.

I was in the mood for Thai food in this place did not disappoint in the least bit. Very cozy interior, and very quiet. For appetizers, I got this seafood platter, which are samples of calamari, shrimp, and fish, with a side of tartar dipping sauce. It was really, really good. I wanted pad Thai, but pictures of the orange chicken looked very appealing so I ordered it, and I'm glad I did. Orange chicken is called orange chicken because it is supposed to taste like orange, and it's very rare to fibd that! This dish actually tasted like orange. Succulent pieces of white meat in a sweet sauce topped with sesame seeds. I'm a fan!!

I came in here with family and friends recently to celebrate a baptism and we were trying to find a restaurant that would accommodate a large party (20-30 people) on very short notice. Not only was Siam Thai able to accommodate us, but they were so organized and worked so hard to make sure we got everything we needed. They asked that we get our orders in advance so they can be better prepared when the day came, and they worked out very well!I've lived in this area my whole life and have been trying to find a good Thai place around here for the longest time. Genuinely, nothing lived up to my standards for the longest time, but wow, this place FAR exceeded my expectations. It's such a hole in the wall place located in a plaza I never go to but have passed by many times. The interior is so clean and modern, and I loved how festive they were for Christmas :)In terms of the food, there was literally not a single thing that disappointed me. The portions are so generous and they give TONS of protein! I tried many things and I really can't pick a favorite at all. Drunken noodles (Pad Kee Mow) are my all time favorite Thai noodle dish and oh my gosh you should've seen my face when I took my first bite. I was literally thinking about how mad I was because I didn't know about this place for this long!! I chose beef for my protein and it was melt-in-your-mouth tender and flavorful. Some Thai places I've tried don't make their dishes authentically Thai spicy. The spice levels here range from mild to spicy, but they have a Thai spicy option. I don't even want to know how spicy that is because regular spicy was almost too spicy for me haha! If you love spicy food, this place is for yoThe curry is also soooooo delicious!!! My brother ordered the beef curry which was amazing but I definitely want to try the Duck Curry sometime. My family friends tried some of my brother's curry and ordered another one because it was so good! The curry is packed with flavor and I loved the creaminess from the coconut milk.We got the Tom Kha with seafood and I'm telling you it was LOADED with seafood: shrimp, calamari, white fish, mussels, scallops. This is definitely one of the dishes I also rate Thai places on because you can find it everywhere, but not every restaurant makes it this good! Some unexpected things that really shined for me were their drinks and desserts. I was so full but I really needed to try everything. They brought us some sort of coconut jellies, young coconut pudding, an assortment of hot desserts with coconut milk/sauce and sticky rice. One of them had chewy tapioca pieces in it and another had taro--both reminded me of Vietnamese chè. There was also a Longan sticky rice with coconut sauce over it which was so interesting but I liked it! The Young Coconut Pudding is a MUST TRY though. It has real coconut meat and coconut water in it and it's just a great refreshing way to end your meal. The drink menu is unique, extensive, and delicious. Don't sleep on the beverages! Their Thai tea is a good classic but next time I want to try their mango sticky rice drink. It has real sticky rice and mango blended to it and it sounds like the drink of my dreams honestly. My cousins really liked their Strawberry Matcha too!Something I really want to make known here is how nice the owners are. The owner is a mom and her daughter also runs this restaurant with her. I believe the other workers here are family as well. They really could not have been more accommodating despite having a large party which consisted of lots of children. These are the kind of restaurant owners I want to shed light on and do my part to try and bring them more business. If anyone ever asks me a Thai place to recommend around here, Siam Thai will be the first on my mind. The owner mentioned to me that people just don't know that this place exists and she's right. More people need to try this restaurant and I stand by that. I can't wait to come back here every time I'm craving some Thai food! They've got a new lifelong customer :) Bring all your friends and family here, you won't be disappointed.

Food still super and a great price! Garlic pepper with chicken just okay and honestly too much meat. Silver noodles were excellent. Highly recommend. Yellow curry a tad spicy (with no spice request), but excellent with the eggplant. Good portion sizes! We had to wait quite awhile once arriving for anyone to notice us and had to ask multiple times for water refills. So that's my pickiness on the 4/5 this time, but would go again!
