Shake shack well what to say it's a little bit over rated the food was ok. The service was good the girl at the counter was very helpful and polite.When we got there no one was inside or out just the workers, so as far as me going back maybe not till I win the lotto lol.

We were excited for the hyped Shake Shack to come to our neighborhood. But we all were terribly disappointed in all our burgers. We tried 4 different burgers, all with zero flavor. They basically tasted like the box they came in. They were edible but not enjoyable. Fries were awful. My son did like his milkshake.With a cost of nearly $20 per person it was not the quality you would expect.Not going back!

Pretty disappointing. Was expecting something better for some reason but this place is just an overpriced mediocre burger spot. I am not a beef burger person and their chicken is not good (way over seasoned). My kids thought the burgers were ok but not great. No turkey burger options. Kids liked the milkshakes, of course. Price was obscenely high considering it isn't too far off from your average fast food restaurant. I'm sticking with TK.

Delicious burgers and fries. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Service is good and prompt.Plenty of parking, plus a drive thru.

To my disappointment, whenever there's a new shake, not all locations offer it which is weird but I don't know how that works. I was in the area running errands and it was perfect cuz I wanted to try the Thai tea shake which is limited time only. They didn't have it here, they said maybe in a month!!!! Anyways, I was already committed and I'm not gonna turn away having at least something here so I got the burger and fries. Fries were not even warm and seemed like they were sitting out. I was disappointed. The burger was at least good though.

We ordered the ShackBurger, SmokeShack, Truffle Burger, one small drink and a single order of fries. For 5 items, the price still boggles my mind to this day, $42!? GYAT!!!! What in the skibidi is going on?!Anyways, the burgers are also maybe half the size of what their promotional pictures depict, and it comes pretty smashed-looking (pic for reference). The one that had the most flavor was of course the Truffle Burger, but the onion rings in the burger were definitely not crispy. Also, I think I finished my burger in all of 3 minutes since it's so small.If you come here to eat with a friend on a budget, it's probably best to fanum tax your friend.

Best fast food burgers period. Shakes are top notch too. Great staff and awesome customer service. Always clean. So happy to have Shake Shack in our neighborhood.

11/14/2024New location with drive-thru!Had to come by to see the new loc and try their black truffle burger! I've decided to dine-in.BLACK TRUFFLE BURGEROrdered their limited time black truffle burger as a double. It was so good! They didn't skimp on the black truffle flavor and they also added gruyere cheese and fried sweet onion, which made it even better! Deliciously indulgent with every bite! Wish this was on their permanent menu! This limited time burger will stay until early to mid January 2025. But for black truffle lovers, run don't walk! I'm definitely coming back for a second round or even a third round of their black truffle burger! In addition to the Black Truffle Burger, they also offer Black Truffle 'Shroom and Black Truffle Shack Stack.BLACK TRUFFLE PARMESAN FRIESDeliciously crispy crinkle cut fries sprinkled with parmesan cheese served with a creamy black truffle dipping sauce! The truffle was strong in this one! I can even see chunks of black truffle in the sauce! Loved every bite! And to make it even better, their crinkle cut fries were perfectly crispy! Not a soggy fry in sight! So, so good! FIFTY-FIFTY LEMONADE / BERRY CHERRY POMEGRANATE LEMONADESlightly on the sweeter side, but the iced tea mellowed it out. Good sour lemonade with berry and pomegranate flavor. CUSTOMER SERVICE All around great! I was greeted promptly and although the food didn't come out super fast, I appreciated that the food was served hot and the server brought it with a smile. The service felt like a local diner and not like a fast food restaurant! Everyone was smiling and friendly, even those who were cleaning up the tables made sure everything was cleaned after use. Everything was organized. As I was leaving, the staff said goodbye and one even waved goodbye. How nice is that!SEATS The space was large compared to other Shake Shack locations. There was ample space indoors and outdoors. Many of the tables were booth seats. Indoors and outdoor tables and chairs were clean. One downside was that it was cold indoors. Bring a jacket! Maybe because it is now colder at night, but I was hoping it will be slightly warmer inside. PARKINGThis was a large parking lot, however, I can see that with many stores open late, parking can be difficult. I didn't have trouble, but I can see this strip mall getting packed on a weekend. However, with the drive-thru being open, I think parking won't be as bad. All in all, I really loved this location, food and service and whenever I crave Shake Shack, I'm definitely visiting this location!

This was our first time at any Shake Shack and we were not disappointed. The chicken sandwich is by far the new favorite! The filet was thick and juicy.The burger did not disappoint. It is a basic burger but the Shake sauce is delicious and the buttery bun was perfectly toasted!It is a little expensive but I don't mind paying for good quality. Try to take advantage of specials if you are price conscious.This will be my new go to for both burgers and chicken sandwich's.

So excited this new location finally opened! They have EV parking nearby, 2 drive thru lanes, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff, very quick service, and quality food. They also have catering options with boxes of a dozen servings of burgers and fries.I usually get the regular Shack Burger, just a single and that's enough. Then bacon cheese fries and an Oreo milkshake. They always have limited time special burgers and shakes flavors so keep your eyes out on their website for the latest. Like right now they have black truffle burgers and fries.Great ambiance and friendly staff!
