Nice spot for lunch in the 3rd floor food court at The Source. We tried the beef bone soup (one with brisket and one with dumplings), plus the clam noodle soup and the beef rib soup. Each dish came with a hearty dose of rich and flavorful broth, and, except for the noodle soup, a deep bowl of rice. For sides, there were small tins of kimchi and pickled radish.I really enjoyed the soups. They were filling and warmed us up very well. The brisket was tender and easily absorbed the flavor of the broth. Definitely worth checking out.

Disappointing Experience at Seoul Tang and NoodleMy recent visit to Seoul Tang and Noodle was marred by poor customer service and disappointing food quality.Customer ServiceUpon arrival, we were informed that the kimchi dumplings we had ordered were no longer available. Instead of offering a solution politely, the staff member was abrupt and did not express any apology for the inconvenience caused. This lack of consideration and professionalism was disheartening and left a negative impression from the start.Food QualityI opted for the Pork Seundad Gukbab soup, hoping for a delicious and authentic experience. However, the soup did not meet expectations; it lacked the flavors I had enjoyed in similar dishes elsewhere. The overall taste was below average, and based on this experience, I would not recommend it to others seeking quality Korean cuisine.Additional ConcernsAdding to the disappointment, we encountered confusion regarding our water bottle order. Instead of clear instructions or assistance, we were directed to find the water ourselves in the fridge, which was not a welcoming experience for customers.ConclusionMy visit to Seoul Tang and Noodle left much to be desired. The combination of rude service, subpar food quality, and lack of proper customer assistance ensures that I will not be returning. I had anticipated enjoying a satisfying meal with pleasant service, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.

First time visiting The Source and the menu of this fast food restaurant in the 3rd floor food court immediately caught my eye. I ordered the steak tartare and it was one of the best things I ate during my short visit here. It's a large bowl of seasoned julienned beef that is eaten over rice and bean sprouts. It comes with a small container of Kimchee and a seasoning sauce. There's also a bowl of soup (miso?) on the side. The soup is a little bland but the steak tartare is absolutely full of flavor and delicious. If I lived here and could come to The Source regularly, I'd order this all the time! Service was quick. I was given a pager when I ordered but my food was ready in less than 3 mins. Restaurant is in a food court so the atmosphere is casual and energetic. Just find a place to sit and enjoy the delicious food.

Visited the Source for the third time and this Korean restaurant caught my eye! I ordered the Naengmyeon (cold-buckwheat) noodles, which came out to around $14.00. This cold bowl of noodles was super delicious and was a pleasant surprise given it was my first time eating cold noodles! Topped with chunks of ice, a hard boiled egg, light sliced veggies, and a side of kimchi and radish, this really hits the spot on a hot summer's day! Ordering is super easy through the cashier, and the service is more of a grab and go, where they give you a number with an alarm, and you pick it up in the front when it is ready. The buckwheat noodles had a nice consistency and they give generous portions! The broth was very sweet and consistent, overall yummy food! Would definitely try the Korean mandu (dumplings) next time!

My dad wanted to try some noodles at the source food court. He decided to try the food here. It's in a good court so seating is everywhere but be warned you'll have to walk the tray back to the section it came from. You can't fit most trays in the tower rack and sometimes they might tell you to walk to the other side if they see you try to put the wrong colored tray anyways. It was hard helping him order for us given he relied on the rotating photos on the screen and asking questions. He ordered the cold buckwheat noodles (spicy), then beef bone broth for my uncle, and beef rib soup for me. The rib soup was very tasty. Comes with rice, kimchi, radish kimchi, two ribs, lots of scallions, tofu strips(?), and rice noodles. The buckwheat noodles were ok, no meat so it surprised my dad a bit. Wasn't too spicy. The beef broth was rich, but a bit bland. My uncle only realized half way eating they gave him salt and pepper, probably for the soup. As the soup cools a bit the greasiness starts to come out, still good but a weird texture. Overall paid 60$ for all three meals, good thing we ate a snack beforehand. Yet my dad was asking what we should eat when we get home....

I am near a venue and wanted to try Korean Bulgogi at the food court. Any food court is good place to hang out with friends, coworkers or simply by yourself. It is clean and it can be very noisy at time which gives me a headache. Ordered:Beef Bulgogi with RiceThe beef had a different texture and was chewy. It is light on the flavor. It came with rice, side of kimchi and broth soup. Also got a chili paste which wasn't spicy. The service was fast and staff was okay. I wouldn't recommend here for a Bulgogi dish as it doesn't taste authentic as a restaurant.

Wanted something refreshing/cool on a hot day. The food court at the Source changed quite a bit. They have limited options now. Long story short, wanted cold noodles (mool naengmyun), and this place was the only option there. So decided to order 3 cold buckwheat noodles (with yeolmoo) + 1 bibim naengmyun (not broth based). The service was not the best. They don't even greet you or ask what you want. The male employee literally just waited for us to order. No linguistic barrier here. But ordered anyway. Asked if the bibim myun was spicy, and the employee said, "no." It comes with a small side of cold broth to dilute the sauce if too spicy. I asked for mild level spice. They give you a buzz tag while waiting for your food. It's a food court, so I didn't expect too much. Ambiance is just like any typical food court. The cold buckwheat noodles (mool naeng) were inconsistent. All 3 tasted different. My bowl was very sweet and spicy. The other 2 levels tasted different also. The bibimmyun was definitely spicy... They didn't honor the mild spice level we requested. I don't think they can. Maybe the sauce is already premade. Not a fan of this place, but it's an option if you are craving noodles while at the Source.

Wow! Stopped here to take advantage of my Tesla charging and now I can't get enough. Ordered a pork fried rice bowl and it was served fresh hog and full of traditional flavors. The portion size alone could feed an army! Used the kiosk to order and food was out within 15 minutes. Cashiers were pilot and prompt with utensils. Great spot in the mall.

We ordered spicy beef rib soup, beef tartare bibimbop with bean sprouts and cold buckwheat noodles. The price was right, tasted great and plenty of food. The hot soup had two big bone ribs that were tender. Beef tartar had self pour sauce to one's desire.bean sprouts rice had lots of sesame sauce and super fragrant with crunchy sprouts. My mom who's been unable to eat said her cold noodles tasted good and slurped it. I tasted cold noodle broth is very good, not too salty and not too sweet. There's nothing to service but food came pretty quick. It's good whe one gets hungry and becomes impatient... The restaurant is in 3rd floor food court as entering east side entrance so it's easy to find. Yummy food. I'm still savoring the food an hour after. That beef tartare was so tender.. I will be having it with rolled mandoo next time.

The Beef Bone Soup is HORRIBLE. IT'S just water and coloring, I supposed, with green onions sprinkled into it. It taste nothing, just like water. I complained to them, and the lady told me to add salt and pepper. I complained again, she told me to try to add chilli. How ridiculous is this. I told her that she ne3d to tell the owner, the kitchen, and she refused. I wanted to bring the bowl back to them and asked them to taste it themselves, but my daughter forbid me to do so. This is crazily horrible. The food is an insult!
