Saltwater Catering exceeded my expectations for a recent bridal shower. They were professional, responsive, and helpful. Great Food and Presentation: Everyone raved about the food, and the presentation was beautiful. Saltwater's team is the very best! Chef Lou and Manager Nancy took care of everything as we planned our first event for 200 guests. We had tasted their food before and knew we were in for delicious cuisine, but what surprised us was their attention to detail in guiding us through the mysterious maze of planning a big party! From renting the furniture, glasses, dishes, tablecloths and the kitchen equipment, they covered all the necessities with ease. Adjustments were even made at the last minute to provide heaters when the weather required them. Their service team was elegantly dressed, friendly and professional, as they moved through our crowd offering guests a variety of tasty heavy appetizers. We would just finish up a lamb lollipop when another server would appear with a yummy spring roll with dipping sauce, then a fabulous chicken slider with dill pickle. Vegetarian offerings were included in the interesting menu, too. Saltwater also provided a good number of bartenders so that guests seldom had to wait in line for a refill. All said, I can 100% recommend Saltwater Catering. We will use them again!

I want to give a shout out to Saltwater Catering who was one of the vendors who made our wedding day just perfect. The wedding reception was on the Paradiso yacht and they had recommended Saltwater Catering along with others. I had the best planning experience with Saltwater Catering and they came through with the most delicious food fantastic service and plenty of food as well for my very small group. I would not hesitate to use them again and I hope I will have a party in the future where I can use them. Highly recommend #SaltwaterCatering

I had such a excellent experience hiring Saltwater catering. Nancy, Lou and their team did a wonderful job beginning to end. Food, service, and clean-up were amazing. One of the most stress free hosting experiences where I actually almost felt like a guest being able to enjoy and not worry about food, drinks and clean-up.

Saltwater catered our non profit event last night. They worked within our budget and were FANTASTIC! The food was amazing and service even better. I highly recommend them and will absolutely only use them for all events going forward!

I really can't put my extreme satisfaction of Lou, Nancy & staff into words. Their professional detail to service exceeded my expectations. From the hors d'oeuvres pass, meal serving & to the clean-up at the end, they did not miss any steps. We were referred to Saltwater Catering from a dear friend who owns a restaurant. Saltwater Catering did an excellent job on the perfect day in my life: successfully feeding our 80+ guests at my daughter's wedding. Their combination of varieties in salmon, short ribs and lobster ravioli as the main choices, accompanied with a delicious cold roasted vegetable side and delicately prepared mashed potatoes all followed a meticulously prepared plated beet radicchio salad is far exceeded my expectations. It is their personal touch that made the dining and whole evening experience that I remember the most. Their communication through the planning process was on spot on! No surprises in the end. Wow!! I have used multiple caterers over the years and Saltwater was by far the best. They catered a 60 person tropical themed dinner for our sons engagement. First, they did a great job on menu planning. They happily made adjustments for the Bride-to-Be's preferences. The night of the the event they arrived on time and did a beautiful job of set up. They worked well with the other vendors we had on site and were very flexible when we had schedule changes. Their recommendations on quantities were spot on (both for food and staffing). The food was all outstanding and it was wonderful to have everything cleaned up at the end of the night. Their pricing was reasonable and I will definitely use them again!

We recently hired Saltwater Catering for a retirement party at our home for seventy guests. Lou and his staff were very professional in the planning of this event and working with us to ensure nothing was overlooked. This was a one stop shop that handled not only the food, but a bar, tables, linens, etc. on the day of the event, Lou showed up with his staff and immediately went to work. The staff looked and performed in an extremely professional manner. Most importantly... the food was outstanding and there was more than enough for people to enjoy seconds. Lou was great and easy to work with. They are not the least expensive caterer we interviewed, but you get what you pay for, and Saltwater Catering is worth the money if you are looking for an extremely professional event with excellent food. Highly recommend.

Hired Saltwater for a surprise birthday party for my husband and I was so glad I did. The communication before they were booked was professional, direct and filled with solutions. We finalized a menu and when the day came - they delivered without a hitch. Their staff was well trained and professional. It was like having my guests dine at a hi-end restaurant. They were super helpful in keeping the home clean and the guests well taken care of. Multiple guests commented on how they felt so take care of.
