Gotta get five stars for local roast, organic and environmentally conscious coffee shop. Service was awesome, I asked a lot of questions ;)Got a medium Americano with almond milk and honey, hit the spot! Indoor/outdoor seating albeit there are only a few places to sit, it's comfortable. Will be back here for sure.

I thought I wanted coffee but I ordered a matcha latte instead. I like the jazz tunes playing and the barista is cool. My matcha latte is pretty and delicious but they need some gluten free breakfast snacks.

This establishment is small inside a shopping plaza. Great friendly service. They have a la marzocco espresso machine. I didn't realize Trent sold breakfast. Someone ordered a breakfast burrito. Maybe next time I will try one. My cappuccino with oat milk was delicious. Perfect temperature and the coffee beans are nice and strong and rich just how I like it.

coming here makes you feel like you're apart of a special club that no one knows about. if you know then you know type of deal. AMAZING coffee and matcha and everything else is just as great. love these guys and proud of them. vibes are always perfect inside too

If you think your "go to" spot for coffee is already good, then check this place out the next time you're in town...prepare to be WOW'd!!! If you're local, then y'all already know. The baristas truly take pride in their craft, and their beans are roasted (in-house) to perfection! This is evident when you take the first sip of whatever it is you order, whether it be hot or iced. Cute interior, great service, and quality coffee. 'Nuff said! ;))

I cannot express how shocked I am with how bad the coffee is here, especially considering how impressive the reviews are. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too shocking to leave undocumented.I've visited a number of coffee shops in OC and usually am not super picky- I like a good shot of espresso and prefer a light roast, but if it's a little different, all good. With almost 5 stars on Yelp, I didn't even think that bad coffee was a possibility. But unfortunately, the coffees we bought here are genuinely horrible. We got two cappuccinos, and I cannot begin to describe how sour our shot of espresso was in the first. At this point it is a shame they even invested in an espresso machine -- you could do better with a Keurig.The other cappuccino was requested to be sweetened with honey as little as possible, but I received a drink with such a great amount of sugar that it was almost enough to cover their gross mistake of an attempt at pulling a shot.The shop inside is nice enough with what little space they have, and the service was good - at first I thought, "Maybe that earns them at least 2 stars." But nothing will make up for these sorry cups of coffee. Please invest in training your baristas!

We come here for the pour overs. There's limited space to work, as it is right quarters, but don't let this deter you. There is also seating outside one can enjoy. The parking is plentiful as well which is always a luxury in SoCal. The baristas have their craft down & are very knowledgeable. Their cappuccino is another favorite of ours!

Best coffee in town. I've been to a lot of coffee shops around OC and they are all hit or miss This one never misses the baristas are all amazing & you can tell they actually care about quality of their coffee I drive 15 minutes the opposite direction of work every morning just so I can come here 11/10

Amazing location off the 1 in front of Montage! Delicious pastries/coffee with such a relaxing vibe - check it out!!

Great spot. Baristas were very friendly and knowledgeable. Espresso and cortado both tasted great. Will definitely be back
