Location: right-side corner in the same plaza as Quan Mii. Literally opposite corners of each other. Parking: parking lot in plaza Menu: concise menu with foods on the front and drinks on the back. Bring som friends and sample the whole menu lol The first column of foods is the cuon tower. So each order comes with 10 plates in a tower. A good estimate is 2 people per tower roughly. Each tower comes with the chosen meat on the side, as well as veggies on the side. You assemble yourself and dip on the fish sauce to enjoy. What we ordered for 3 women and 1 man:+ 2 towers + 1 fried battered egg specialty side+ 1 noodle bowl + extra meat, extra veggiesEach of the above, except for the last bullet, came with veggies and fish sauce. We had a little meat and veggies left, so we tossed it in with the noodles bowl and took that home to-go My in laws really liked the fish sauce. Crispy pork was nice and crispy with juicy meat. Veggies were fresh. We tend to like eating veggies and pickled veg, so we would have liked that portion to be slightly more. Seating: lots of tables and booths. Comfortable for groups of 2-4 people, but can def be larger parties too. Overall: good food, fun, and comfortable restaurant. Would go again.

Have dinner before you come here.Right when we sat down, the couple next to us leaving complained that they spent $67 and was still hungry. We spent $45: it felt like a fresh deconstructed appetizer. Both of our toppings were served cold (why?!): lemongrass pork and crispy pork belly without much crispy skin aka cold boiled meat. The price point is to account for all the dishes they have to do per party. The lights are bright. Service is sleepy and distracted: one staff spent all her time with her already-dined friends; another staff was so sleepy he dropped everything while bussing tables.

I've had my eye on this restaurant since it opened in April 2024. This place had so much hype for being unique and specializing in customizable Banh Uot. The tower of plates aesthetics made the food look so appealing. Upon arrival, I was taken aback by how empty the place was. The restaurant was clean and spotless, but we were the only customers at the time. The wait staff was nice and friendly. I was looking forward to the combination specials from previous Yelp posts, but the waitress said that was removed from the menu because it was too confusing for some customers. The menu looked smaller with less options unfortunately. My husband was very happy with all the toppings, especially the abundance of chives and fried onions. We ordered the chicken wings and the #1 house specialty. The chicken wings were tasty and crispy. Overall, the food was good, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back. The idea is cool, but there are plenty of places I can get Banh Uot and add my toppings on top instead of inside the roll.

Came here on a Saturday and while there was a crowd outside waiting, it only took about 10 mins to be seated. We drove over an hour to try banh uot and were not disappointed! We tried two banh uots (#1 and #2) on our waitress's recommendation and it was the perfect amount for our party of three. Nearly every table also ordered banh bot chien and soda chanh day---we have to try those next time! Ingredients are fresh and high quality. Service was friendly and the inside was clean and cute. Very reasonably priced, too.

This restaurant was very interesting. You get to construct your own cuon with your choice of protein and veggies. The dipping sauce was nicely seasoned and made such a big difference. My husband and I came with two other friends. It was our first time so we had to order the thit heo quay. We decided to share the tray of cuon so we ordered the thit ga nuong for protein varieties. Oh! I almost forgot the super crunchy chicken wings. That was very flavorful and yummy. We wished they had bought out sharing plates for the chicken wings. We ate with just a napkin and had crumbs all over the table. But aside from that, everything was very tasty. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the area.

I came across this place on Instagram and decided to take my mom to check it out. Turns out, it's located in the same plaza as Quan Mii, the spot known for its Banh Xeo, and seems to be their sister restaurant. The vibe is modern, with a fresh, new take on a Vietnamese restaurant ambiance. Unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking. I had to flag down the waitstaff multiple times to place an order or make requests, as they were often just behind the register, heads down on their phones, making it hard to get their attention.I ordered #5 on the menu, which comes with Banh Hoi, crispy pork belly, and veggies. However, I made a mistake and meant to order the Banh Uot tower, so I ended up getting it as a side for $14.95. In hindsight, I probably should've ordered it with the meat for a better value, but oh well--lesson learned. I also added lemongrass chicken as a side to wrap with the Banh Uot and got the Bot Chien as an appetizer, which is a childhood favorite of mine. The version here was a little different than what I'm used to, as it came with a different dipping sauce--red vinegar instead of the usual (likely Chiu Chow style).Overall, I really enjoyed the Banh Uot. It was thin, chewy, and went perfectly with the in-house made crispy pork belly. I'd definitely return if I'm craving Banh Uot again.

Tried the crispy pork belly and the grilled lemon chicken banh uot. I liked the crispy pork belly more because of the textural contrast from the super crispy skin. They suggested to order one tower per person and I think the portion was good, although my boyfriend thinks if he had been very hungry it would not have been enough food. Service was good and they also didn't make us feel rushed even though we were the last customers still eating at the end of the night. Not really sure I'd come back since it did get a bit tiring wrapping all the plates by the end, but it wasn't bad to try once.

I dropped by Quan Nhii for lunch the other weekend, and even though it was pretty busy, I snagged a seat within about 15 minutes. I'm a huge fan of Vietnamese food, so I was stoked to try their bánh ướt, which people say is top-tier.When you walk in, you'll notice everyone has these towers of plates at their tables, each plate holding a thin layer of rice paper (not the spring roll kind). We went with the Bánh Ướt Heo Quay set (Item #1), which comes with roasted pork, veggies, crispy onions, and a dipping sauce. You basically build your own wraps, loading everything up and dunking them in that sauce. Honestly, it was fire--the crispy pork and that sauce are a perfect match. I could probably eat one or two whole orders by myself! We also tried the Bánh Bột Chiên (Item #11), which is crispy rice flour cake with eggs, herbs, and shredded papaya, plus a sweet dipping sauce on the side. Super crispy outside, with a nice chew in the middle. Definitely tasty, but for me, the star of the show was the bánh ướt.If you're into Vietnamese food or want to be give this spot a try. I know I'll be back soon!

I've been wanting to try this bánh ướt since last year, finally get a chance too.Quick service, #1-4 each would come with choice of protein and 10 plates each. It's full when we were there, but didn't have to wait. Very yummy food and fish sauce, great concept

Saw this place pop up on Tik Tok, looked really unique so had to give it a try. Presentation was cool and the food was so good. Got the lemon grass grilled pork which came with 10 rice papers stacked, and wings. Tasted fresh, light, and had tons of flavor. This place gets pretty busy during lunch, but if you make it before the rush, service is quick and easy.
