Ponchos Tacos

Came here bcuz it was not busy and it was convenient. Food was so-so. Not great, not bad. Restaurant didn't look very clean but it was acceptable.

Al pastor tacos are 10/10 so good Hidden gem very clean, quick made to order and tortillas are bomb

I really want to update my review - so hopefully that can happen soon. We ate here years ago and it was good and tasty. We really wanted some street style tacos after not getting enough tacos at a party and remembered this place. We looked on Yelp and it said their hours on Sunday are until 10pm. We tried calling the number on Yelp. Disconnected. We tried calling the number on Google maps. Mailbox full. So my husband drove down there to order. 8:20pm I get a call from my husband saying that they're closed and that they close at 8pm.Please for the love of all the tacos - update your hours and contact info. This pregnant lady really wanted THESE tacos.

The food is amazing, the service is quick, there's a good amount of seating and the ambience is always fun!

如洪水猛獸的通貨膨脹，對外食族群的開銷影響甚大， 但 墨西哥 Mexican 料理 漲幅並不明顯，同樣花上美金 $30 吃中餐可能就是兩樣份量中等的炒菜還不包括米飯，但相同價格選擇墨西哥餐點可能已經可以點上擺滿一桌的豐富菜色。當然，各種料理的食材原料、製作方式、成本皆不同，但 經濟實惠 ＄ 的墨西哥料理總是讓人吃來格外飽足。這間位於 Fullerton 專賣街邊風格墨西哥捲餅 Taco 的小店，價格不貴口味也不差，且每份 Taco 都會淋上酪梨醬不加價，在物價飛漲中特別能感受其美味魅力。 早期是由餐車發跡進而開設店面，目前是由新的管理團隊經營。近期可以在路邊街道發現更多販售墨西哥小吃的攤販出沒，或許口味上也相當出色，但有著店面的餐廳在衛生條件上還是比較可以放心的。菜單內容就是墨西哥小吃的基本款為主，以七種主要的餡料來搭配，包括牛肉、豬肉、雞肉、辣味香腸、牛舌、蝦子、素食。可以點小圖放大看詳細內容。開放式的 Salsa 佐料吧台上，擺放各種新鮮製作的醬料與配菜的萊姆、黃瓜與蘿蔔切片，其中有著黃澄澄顏色、以鳳梨與Habanero辣椒特調的醬料是這裡的特色。Taco 的製作過程並不複雜，但看著廚師把各種食材放在餅皮上的過程還是相當療愈的，心裡也默默呼喊多放一點肉多放一點肉。各種Salsa醬汁風味各有千秋，這也是吃墨西哥料理的樂趣之一，每沾上不同的醬汁就可以品嚐到不同的風味。不過鳳梨沾醬仍是這裡最具特色的，酸香中甜度與辣度相互角力接連在舌尖上綻放火花，十分有趣的風味。點用這種街邊風格的墨西哥捲餅，一如既往的方式就是每種口味都來一個。一來是可以讓舌尖感受到不同食材帶來的豐富味覺感受，二來也可以對這間餐廳的風味樣貌有更全面的體驗。這裡的肉類食材，除了肉香比較鮮明的牛舌與調味比較強烈的烤豬肉外，其它的口味都比較一般，但也不會說不好吃。手工製作的 Corn Tortilla 玉米餅皮也是這裡的特色之一，更耐咀嚼的口感與隨著咀嚼散發的特殊香氣確實不錯。想起最初吃墨西哥料理都只吃一般的麵粉餅皮，隨著在美國生活的時間越久吃過得墨西哥料理越多，風味更有特色的玉米餅皮現在已經是自己的心頭好。素食口味就是一些炒過的洋蔥青椒與生菜，口味清爽但也不是讓人太有深刻印象。蝦子口味的風味還行，特別是在口味厚重 Chipotle 奶油醬汁調味下，不需要額外的 Salsa 來提味。可以自取的配菜像是小黃瓜與蘿蔔片等，是品嚐墨西哥小吃不可卻少的一環，調節口中受到各種辣醬的刺激，帶來一絲清新感後繼續品嚐其它口味。口感更厚實且香味更突出的玉米餅皮，無論搭配的餡料與調味為何，都可以最大程度突顯墨西哥料理的風味魅力。起初可能會覺得聞起來的味道有些刺鼻，但咀嚼起來的甜味卻是源源不絕，特別是店家自製還帶有熱度的餅皮，總是吃起來特別過癮。每種口味都值得一試，且不用擔心對荷包造成傷害，墨西哥小吃的美味魅力就在無價飛漲的當下更顯珍貴。

Food and salsas are delicious, customer service is great. Carmen is always a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family

Ponchos is my partner and I's favorite place to get some al pastor tacos. By far the best al pastor we've had. Today I got some grilled chilis on the side and it was perfect. Ponchos also has the best horchata.

The food is very tasty, I highly recommend it, very clean and very good customer service.

The asada tacos and torta were so delicious! Very good service too! Will definitely stop by again.
