Point 11 Persian Kabob Grill

Pricey, doesn't include a lot of things that other competitors do. But given the location, it might be understandable. Other than that, the food is great! Meat is juicy and beautifully flavored. I'm not a fan of the grilled tomato since I think it's a bit charred.

I was seriously craving Iranian food one night but my favorite spot is in Anaheim and doesn't deliver all the way to HB nor was I in the mood to drive that far. Then I remembered seeing this place near DTHB on my walk one night and decided to try it out. I was really impressed by this little gem. It's actually quite good and authentic enough to the ones I go to. The eggplant appetizer was great and I ordered the salmon kabob platter which is a generous portion and quite flavorful. I also got the baklava and yum, it's so on point. This is probably going to become my go to when Anaheim feels too far away!

The rice was fluffy and light, but nuanced with fragrant spice and butter. The grilled tomato was so juicy and roasted that it's the best accompaniment to the earthiness of the meat. Even with the takeout order, we were supplied with two packets of sumac to sprinkle on our beef and chicken kabob.We ordered ahead by phone and the chef was just putting on the finishing touches when I arrived. The food was piping hot even after the 18-minute drive home. The dining area was spacious, and there were a few tables outside. Parking was not an issue in this shopping center.

Yum!!! I really like this place, super casual, great menu and DElICIOUS food. I have eaten at several, high-end Persian restaurants, this place is as good. I had the spicy chicken kabob with the albalo polo rice, just amazing, a must try.They give you plenty of food, you will not leave hungry.

We just tried this place and the food is really good! It's in a surprising location by the beach on the outskirts of downtown HB. Haven't had a lot of Persian food but the portions were generous, including the side salad (half salad/half rice) you can add for $1.99. Totally worth it! Do NOT forget to order the yogurt (can't remember the name) - wow! So fresh and added so much to our plates!The service was very good too.

This is my family's go to for Persian food in OC! The chicken and beef are delicous. Their fish is also VERY good. So glad to have this gem right near the beach. O and the salad dressing is really delicous... I think it is balsamic mixed with ?? Just try it!

Everything we ordered & tasted here was excellent. The hummus was on point. Falafel was great. Salmon kabob, beef koobideh platter, and the beef barg were all plated very attractively, and tasted great. Rice was fluffy and had the right amount of saffron; grilled tomatoes were juicy. Veggies (onion, bell pepper) on the kabob dish were good. Portions were large making leftovers possible for dinner.Service was very good. The staff seemed nice.Interior is small; possibly there were four or more tables inside. There were tables outside as well. We were comfortable inside. The parking was not too difficult as it can be in some cities by the beach.The best part was that we could walk a few blocks to the beach and thoroughly enjoy the walkway and the pier! It was on the Labor Day weekend. So that made for a lovely visit with friends from NorCal.

Extremely good food. my family loved it too. Probably one of the best Mediterranean spots in Huntington Beach.
