Best Mexican pan dulce in the area! Their bolillos are to die for, they are always fresh, fluffy and super soft! They have a large variety and everything is delicious! They do take credit/debit cards, however there is .50 cent fee if you pay with card!

Today I got to try some bread fresh out of the oven. Nothing can beat fresh hot bread...especially mexican pan dulce. This stuff literally makes time slow down (so you can enjoy every bite for that much longer). The one I got was a buttered roll with a sugar crust. Must I go into further detail? Only thing that would have made it better would have been having two!I tried one of their rolls which was stuffed with chorizo and cream cheese. Not too shabby. More chorizo please! The bread which is stuffed is soo fluffy (and buttery) yet maintains a sturdy structure which doesn't allow for any sogginess. Get it when it's warm or throw it in the microwave, its a must.If you only can try one thing when you are here then go with the conchas. Sweet, fluffy, and perfected. Get a cup of hot chocolate and you are set. This place deserves the bump up to the next star for their amazing breads (and I have tried the majority) and their friendly workers. If you need me, you can find me next to the conchas.

Five stars for my favorite panaderia in Fullerton. They have an extensive selection of pastry items and somehow everything is always so fresh. I don't know how they manage it when other bakeries in the area can't seem to come close, though I am open to other bakery suggestions in the vicinity. My current favorite sweet treat is the vaguely heart shaped puff pastry type cookie, which I think are called orejas. The are so flaky and perfectly sweetened and go so well with a cup of coffee at 2 pm. Also, their rolls are excellent and for a more savory treat, I enjoy the cheese and jalapeno stuffed roll.
