Pizza Trio

Customer service at its worst from this lady, didn't get her name. She was very rude on the phone and sounded very agitated. I was just calling to place an order and rapidly became very frustrated to a pizza I only wanted half jalapeños. Ijust said never mind and hung up.

First time having pizza here, ordered 2 pizzas, Santa Ana, pepperoni and pepperoni with sausage. Impressed with this pizza, to top it off this place is affordable

Pizza is good but the tall lady that works there always has and attitude always mistreating the customers wish there was a manager to speak with.The other workers are really nice people but that lady she's miserable.

I had to give four stars, 3 for the delicious pizza, and 1 for the HORRIBLE customer service. The tall cashier needs to ease up and fix her tone, body language, and just her whole persona when it comes to customer service. It also looks to me that maybe she's that way cause they're short staffed, maybe? Idk. But it's not the customers fault, so if you're the girl behind the counter today, I hope your day gets better. There's plenty of work in other places where you DONT have to deal with customers who will lose their appetite due to your bad body language.

I just want to send a shout out to the lady running this little hole in the wall place. Mis respetos si ella es la dueña. Pero si no, espero la valoren mucho y le paguen muy bien, a nosotros nos encanta la pizza y alitas de este lugar, están sobrozizizimas, me a tocado ver como la sra. Atiende el teléfono (que no para de sonar) atiende a los clientes que llegan, ase las pizzas, arma las cajas, cobra en fin TODO, mis respetos para ella... simplemente WOW... y la pizza omgeeeee so delicious siempre... Gracias

The food is delicious HOWEVER every time I order online and my husband goes picks it up they always give him a hard time with the order # and name . HE CLEARLY IS saying the name of the order that Was placed online ( yelp) they ask for order# he even provides the confirmation from yelp and they still want THE DAMN NAME after the name is given they want to see email confirmation ... weird how other customers don't get this type of service only him .. is it maybe cuz he's not Hispanic . Anyway HORRIBLE customer service probably the worst pizza place . Sadly because their wings are really good .

The pizza is great but the workers have an attitude and don't have patience at all I would like to continue to come here I just wish they would be nicer to customers !!

They gave me burned wings so I came back to return them and they said they weren't burned the lady Lorena who's been there forever didn't even bother giving me a word and she know dam well they were burn and the guy was arguing with me that they weren't burned and decided to argue like a women. AFTER YELPING THEM While waiting for the wings to be replace employee hands over the phone to me and tells that the owner wanted to talk to me I answer and some guy name Dan tells me to remove the yelp or he was NOT going to replace the wings or give me the money back ... So here I am didn't get my money or didn't get the wings replaced should've know they weren't going to give me back the wings over a YELP I would've ate them BURN after a long day of work ... been coming here for years never had an issue until today ... people work hard for there money for them to this ! So unfair !

Bad service.. Bad Management... Rats in the kitchen... pizza not even good.. don't come

One of my favorite pizzas &' never had any problems here &' customer service is great , jannet in the night shift is amazing.
