Parking: 8/10. There is space in general outside of rush hours during lunch and dinner. Food: Bò kho (Vietnamese beef stew). 7/10. Spouse said it was standard. Singaporean style frog leg congee*. 10/10. I like that the congee and frog leg dish are served separately. The congee is bland while the frog leg dish is savory and spicy (can adjust spice level) so you can adjust the level of saltiness as needed, which is perfect for people with different taste buds. Bánh đúc (Vietnamese steamed rice cake)*: 10/10. Everything pairs well together and I also like that the savory toppings are separated for customization. *only served during breakfast and lunch Ambiance: 9/10. It reminds me of casual, open spaced restaurants that we see in Vietnam. The crowd is diverse from older to younger folks. Servers are helpful and welcoming.

I tried frog meat from the frog porridge for the first time. It's not my favorite because I'm not used to the texture but husband said that's how it is like that. Their price is amazing for some dishes. My kid loves canh bun/bun rieu from here. Their cream salt flan is so good. My whole family loves it

I had a wonderful experience! I visited with a friend, and we tried the frog porridge and pha lau. The pha lau was tasty, with just the right amount of oil and seasoning--though I wish it included intestines. The frog porridge was also delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place, and I can't wait to come back to try more dishes!

A new night place just open on Bolsa, this is my 3rd time here since their Frog Porridge is really good. But not just the food, the employees are so kind and friendly.

Pretty ok. The frog is good if you can eat them all. I ate the legs only. Service is nice and fast. Soup was good too.

I tried the beefsteak and came back for the bun rieu. The food is ok to me, the beefsteak is 7/10, the sauce is kinda insipid ( probably cuz I'm more into salty food), and the bun rieu is 8/10 to me (the veggie is on point so it's a plus, not many places give you the right veggies for bun rieu), and the topping is pretty fresh from the crab, the cha to the tofu (some places used old tofu and you can taste the weird sloppy texture). The portion of the dish is reasonable, and I like the service, the server gave me recommendation so I could have better deal on my Bo ne (beefsteak dish) since I don't like pate lol

Service was awesome food was good not that bad love my coconut matcha hopefully they change those tables in front of the store is none smoking . Definitely come back to try other dishes

I got steak with mushroomAnd sadly it was tasteless. The bread was not crunchy and the white of the eggs were not cooked through. It was still raw and translucent. The egg coffee was not bad but cannot be compared with DaVien. My friend ordered the udon soup and the portion was small. She said it tasted ok. This place is small and not trendy as I was hoping. It was pretty much empty during lunch and I knew when I stepped in that it's not a popular place. I think this place needs big improvements on their food. I really wanted to like this place.
