Pho Redbo

Wow, got to try this yummy place over the weekend and it did not disappoint! The service was great and quick and all the workers were all so kind.I tried the egg rolls, fried rice, the combination pho, Bo kho, sliders, Bo luc lac, banh mi, fries and the flame grilled meat. Out of everything we tried, I really enjoyed the flames grilled meat, fried rice and the pho was really good. The meat is cooked in front of you in fat. It was tender and not overcooked. The fried rice was delicious and the flavors were great and not dry. Pho was good, the broth was flavorful and all the meats were all so tender. The sliders were also good, we definitely enjoyed that. The egg rolls I thought were okay, it need a little more of something but I did like that it was crispy. The Bo kho was a little too sweet for my liking but the meat and carrots were tender. Fries were enjoyable and you could taste the truffles and the waffles which we also got to try was good and not too sweet.Overall this place was really good, the flavors of the food were there, the staff is kind and the pho was flavorful and the meat was delicious!

if you're in the Westminster area, you must try this new location of Pho Redbo for their authentic and premium quality halal wagyu pho!!So good!! It is more in the pricey side than other pho places but hey!! you're getting wagyu and a very quality broth. You just pay for what you get and I can assure you the flavors are worth it!The service is really fast and the staff are beyond nice and helpful. The ambiance is modern and spacious. Now you already know your coins spent here are totally worthwhile!I ordered the halal wagyu beef pho with extra wagyu beef on the side and it was so YUMMY!!

My wife, a few friends, and I came here for lunch. It was amazing to be able to try a bunch of their menu offerings. Their pho is very delicious I ordered the combo with a side of oxtail. Out of all the food we had, my favorite was the sliders so juicy and packed with a ton of flavor. The next favorite of mine was the fried rice. This had to be one of the best fried rices I have ever eaten. It was packed with different cuts of beef and again so flavorful. The banh mi they used was airy and crunchy and is the football style that I like over a traditional french baguette. The restaurant decor is what you would expect of a pho restaurant. The staff was quick and attentive would highly recommend you all give this place a try. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, I bet they will have something to satisfy your craving!

One of the best Pho Placed to hit close to home in HB. Service is prompt and friendly and the ambiance is inviting and warm. There are two locations and there are some menu items that aren't available in Westminster but everything is 5+++ Stars. Food for the soul, the broth is unreal, egg rolls fried to perfection and Wagyu sliders are a must. On the weekends it does get busy but you can reserve a spot on Yelp!

This location is in a pretty big plaza, with a Target and multiple food/snack options. We had no trouble finding parking around 3pm on a Saturday. I definitely think this restaurant is a bit newer to the area, as it was pretty quiet when we came in. Inside is a fresh, modern space! We were able to choose our seats and got our food pretty quickly after ordering - our servers were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The pho hit for sure - I had a large pho with steak, as well as the truffle fries. It was just the perfect amount of filling, as well as warm and comforting. I would definitely return :)

A5 Wagyu pho?! SAY LESS! Pho Redbo is changing the game by serving American, Australian, and Japanese grass fed beef and it's halal! They simmer wagyu bones for over 12 hours creating a rich and savory broth ‍ The aromas and flavors from the fresh herbs are perfect with the super soft wagyu beef For heartier bowls, they also have wagyu oxtail and beef stews, but if you're looking for something lighter, I recommend their signature egg rolls or wagyu fried rice From their Vietnamese coffee and to their delicious entrees, everything here was amazing. This is a must-try when you're in Orange County

The Pho here is fantastic. I prefer the combo large size pho and it always hits the spot. I also get the truffle fries and the portion is generous in my opinion. This is the second pho redbo location I've been to, and the quality was about the same. If you've been to another one and aren't sure about this one, go for it! It was pretty empty when I came in but it was at a pretty odd time (3:30pm). The servers were very kind and this place felt pretty large. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Im vietnamese so I've had a lot of pho in my life. This is one of the best ones. My boyfriend and I split a large bowl and got a plate of egg rolls to share as well and it was the perfect amount. We had asked them to split the pho for us as well to make it easier and they did so which we appreciated. The meat is so tender and delicious. Broth was well flavored and I didn't have to add any extra sauce. I want to come back and try the wagyu meat separately as a side.Our server was nice and patient. The kitchen is open so you can see the huge pots of pho brewing.
