This is one of my favorite spots, especially because they welcome dogs and because we just moved down the street! The standout dish for me was the Wagyu Pho--hands down one of the best I've ever had and great for a hangover. The broth is rich and savory, enhanced by the melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu beef slices. The fresh herbs, tender noodles, and perfectly balanced flavors make each bite delightful. Their Banh Mi is equally impressive, with a crispy baguette filled with juicy meats, fresh vegetables, and just the right amount of tangy pickled goodness.Pho Lily has incredible food and also a welcoming vibe. The outdoor seating is dog-friendly, the staff was attentive and even brought out a water bowl for our dog. The combination of top-notch Vietnamese dishes, the option for Mongolian BBQ, and the pet-friendly environment makes this place a gem.

Pho on a chilly day? Yup today was a pho day but with something extra. We decided to try Pho Lily, a spot we have driven by a million times over the years. We ordered the SP1, the SP3, pork banh mi and beef banh mi. The SP1 is the combo pho with the wagyu rib. The wagyu rib was very good and so worth it. The SP3 is the wagyu oxtail pho, which was also pretty good. The premium meats were so beefy and seasoned well. Yum! Comparing the 2, we enjoyed the pho with the rib more. The bread for the banh mi was crispy on the outside and fluffy soft on the inside. Whew! Breaf is a make or break for banh mi. We ordered 3 more pork banh mi to-go. Side note, we ordered hot water instead of ice water to drink and they served it with a slice of lime. Honestly never had hot water with a slice of lime and we really liked it! Refreshing but warm. The owner came by to check on us and we learned that she bought the restaurant recently but hadn't changed the name of it. She gave us insight about the premium meats and the positive customer feedback she's received. We appreciate quality beef and can taste the difference. They also offer Mongolian bbq, which smelled really inviting as it was being cooked. We'll be coming back for pho and trying their Mongolian bbq. This is our new pho spot!

This is my go-to Vietnamese restaurant in La Habra for Bun Bo Hue (Spicy beef noodle soup). It's pretty good. There is only one size for $17. I go here at least twice a month. It is family owned, so everyone is serving customers.I have tried other items, and they taste just fine. But I only come for that one soup. The broth is good and the meat is very tender and good. I recommend this place for this soup. It's the only Vietnamese establishment that offers it. I have recommended friends to come here and they have all enjoyed this place.

My recent experience was disappointing for several reasons:1) The grill was not properly cleaned. I could see visible chunks of burned residue being cooked into my Mongolian dish, which was quite off-putting. Dangerous and I'm sure it adds to cancer activation. 2)The cook applied oil to the entire grill, but instead of letting it burn off properly, he immediately placed my food on it, resulting in an overly oily meal.3)The customer service was bad. The server told me to get my Mongolian food at the self serving line (which is how it goes) and return to find my drinks waiting, but I had to remind her after they weren't ready, but because she didn't do her job to begin with, we had to change seats, because someone was in our seat. and lastly, when it was time to leave, the waitress was chatting with her friends and ignored us. We had to ask for our bill instead of it being brought to us.4) one more, my Thai tea was more milk than Thai tea, it wasn't proportioned correctly, I think I drank more milk than not.

In the entire city... I can say that pho Lily is my favorite spot for pho. The owner is super friendly and genuine, she usually is in the front at the cash register. The staff is attentive and place is kept clean. Their egg rolls are pretty on point too. Made fresh per order, comes out hot and crispy! I believe last time I spoke to the owners brother, he mentioned they don't use MSG in their broth. Their broth is rich, clean and soothing on cold days! Love this place.

Great service and good! Owners are so friendly and helpful. Their Bun Bo Hue is excellent, noodles always done just right, never soggy. All the Pho dishes so good with lots of meat. Mongolian BBQ also excellent, lots of meat and veggies at a reasonable price. My favorite is the $3 beer on weekends.

On a cold autumn night, nothing hits like a warm bowl of Pho. Pho Lily did just that, with warm and friendly service and a homey interior. My friend and I shared a bowl and still had leftovers to take home. The goi cuon was a fantastic and fresh appetizer as well.

We had the pho with grilled chicken ($14.95) and well-done brisket pho ($13.95) along with an appetizer of fried dumplings (six for $7.95). The pho broth and noodles tasted delicious, so I enjoyed my meal. The fried dumplings tasted adequate and didn't meet my expectations, however. The restaurant had good service and ambience. Our food went to us quickly, and the atmosphere felt relaxed with some sports TV playing in the background. The restaurant also has a Mongolian BBQ space in which you can fill your own bowl and have someone cook it for you.

I love eating food from here! I usually do a Togo order and the owners are so nice! I brought my baby along with me to do an order pick up and needed help bringing the food out to the car, and they were so kind enough to assist me.

I haven't been here since the ownership changed about 4 years ago - new ownership is a definite improvement. Any pho place SHOULD have fresh basil with the raw bean sprouts - granted, this was New Year's Day and maybe they ran out; HOWEVER, an establishment open on NYD should be competent enough to plan ahead? They've had 4 years... Anyway, I HAD to try it after my server adventure under the former ownership - probably not appropriate under yelp! guidelines.
