Pho Lab

SO GOOD!! The service was attentive, and everything arrived fast. The prices are fantastic, offering great value for such quality AND quantity of food. The broth was rich, flavorful, and NOT watered down. The drinks were well-made and FLAVORFUL!! The space was clean and the staff were very nice. I'm very pleased :)

It's definitely pho weather so we decided to try a new spot and we loved it! There's plenty of parking available in the lot. The restaurant itself is pretty small, but super cute and cozy inside. The servers are so sweet, welcoming, and quick! The food was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area. We'll definitely be back! Food/drink review:Mango jasmine iced tea with boba: (4/5) This is super tasty but definitely on the sweet side! Winter melon iced tea: (5/5) This was delicious! Not too sweet and well balanced. Golden pork bao: (4/5) Different than anything I had before. It had great texture and was flavorful!Brisket and ribeye pho: (5/5) Delicious. The broth had such a great flavor, the meat was tasty and tender and they're not stingy with the meat! Definitely worth trying!

Context: Came in on a Monday at 11am right as they opened and was the first party there. Getting seated: There was a piece of something gray in my water cup and a stain on the table but the waiter cleaned the table and replaced the cup immediately upon request. After this, we quickly ordered and got our bowls after a few minutes. Pho broth: Of all the OC pho spots I've had in the area (including Phoholic and pho 79), this one does not begin to compare to the others. The pho was not beefy and tasted mostly of pho flavoring cubes. Although the combination pho and oxtail pho broth tasted different, the mildness and lack of beefiness could be generalized to both these bowls. That being said, the bowl was still decent and I finished it regardless. Pho beef: The beef slices and rib bone were all quite tough and not very flavorful. I would expect that the beef is tender and fatty but it was neither of those things. In contrast, the oxtail was actually quite tender and fatty. Condiments: The dishes/amounts for bean sprouts and basil were smaller than would be given at other places; however, they did provide extra bean sprouts upon request. Bonus: The restroom was gold themed! The toilet and sink were all gold with interesting patterning. The sink mirror was in the shape of a sun. Super cute!

This is one of my favorite spots to get vegetarian pho. I love the tofu that they use, so soft and the way it is fried, just delicious!! I love their customer service. They really care about their customers and want them to have a nice experience. If you don't like any of the veggies, you can ask them to substitute for more tofu. The restaurant is medium size and even during peak hours, the wait is not too long. If you pay with cash, there is a discount.

Came here for lunch and had pho special with extra rib, popcorn chicken and garlic noodle & filet mignon. The soup was savory and not oily, with a clean taste. Even at the end of the meal when it was cool it still had good flavor. There was a LOT of meat in the pho which was compounded with the extra rib we ordered, very good! But for me the best dish was the noodles w beef. The shaky beef was generous and so juicy tender, with perfectly cooked red & green peppers, just delicious! We were so surprised and impressed at this dish, honestly it was one of the best renditions of this dish we ever had and it's not even their feature dish! I would come here just for this, along with the excellent flavor the serving size is generous making this a fantastic dish!The popcorn chicken was OK, and the winter melon drink was a bit too sweet for our taste, but that can be personal taste. Overall Highly recommended, you won't regret a meal here.

I went with my friend for lunch. We parked on the private lot, and walked in. Got greeted right away and told to choose where to sit. He brought us some menus and water. I got the pho with ribs and she got the oxtail pho. The broth was delicious, I finished 95% of it. The place is well decorated and cute. Recommended

The best Pho spot in my opinion. I would go here whenever I felt for good soup until I moved out from OC.Rib bone Pho is definitely my recommendation. The broth is rich and just right. The meat is also pretty good and the portions are definitely filling.If you order Pho it comes out very quick as I think they have it ready, just need to assemble.Very consistent with the food too, have been there at least a dozen of times and it always hit the spot.As a bonus, the staff is always really nice too.

BEST Pho in town by a long shot! I come here about 1-2 times a week without fail. They always take good care of me and all their customers, you can tell how much they are loved by the amount of people who always fill the restaurant. Tons of regulars like me which also means they're doing something right!My go to is the Pho Ribeye with extra Rib Eye. Broth is flavorful and the portion is extremely generous, I break my pho into 3 portions most times. The owner is so kind and funny, I've gotten a chance to speak to him a few times and it's like chatting with an old friend. Located in the Walmart plaza next to in n out with plenty of parking.

Service was amazing and food tasted great. Best pho spot in Huntington Beach. Highly recommend!!!
