Pho King Way

Tried this spot for the first time and ordered to go for my wife and me. You can tell they just opened--only two servers working--but they were hustling and doing their best to keep up. Despite that, the food was ready in a reasonable time, and the service was friendly. Parking is easy! The pho had so much flavor, and the ingredients tasted really fresh. Definitely one of the better bowls I've had in a while. Next time, I wouldn't mind dining in and trying one of their rice dishes. I'll definitely be back!

Service ended up being good but the initial impression was poor. They failed to place their rough waiting list inside the restaurant or at least directly in front of their entry doors. As a result, people didn't notice it and entered and got seated ahead of us. They didn't bother asking if they were on the list or even checking it. Thankfully another kind person waiting outside with us noticed and went in to address the issue for all of us. It was clear they were short-handed but you cannot overlook these basic customer service issues in the tech area especially where people have zero patience.GARLIC BUTTER NOODLES w/GRILLED BEEF AND VEGGIES:-- nice light up to moderate garlic flavor-- buttery when separate-- beef a tad overcooked for my liking but I am particular on "dry" meat-- I brought home and added EVO and garlic powder and it got even nicer-- this was the wife's dishRATING = B+PHO w/FATTY BRISKET and BEEF MEATBALLS:-- tasty beef broth, quite flavorful-- moderately salty-- fatty brisket is nice and fatty and tender-- the meatballs are the typical pha style which are fine but I do prefer ground meatballs for taste and texture-- I got the small size I think which was good for my dinner portionRATING = A-The dining room is small but once inside the service was efficient and food came out fast.

So Pho King GOOD! Broth was slightly salty, but otherwise DELICIOUS. We got beef pho and chicken stir fry. The stir fry was so good with soft noodles! So excited this place is close by. We usually drive out to Santa Ana or Costa Mesa. We will be back!

A new pho restaurant has opened in Aliso Viejo! It's called Pho King Way, so you'll have to excuse the naughty pun but they have really good pho. This pho spot takes over the spot previously occupied by the random braised chicken spot in Aliso Viejo Town Center. We heard it was open from a neighbor, so we decided to check it out. My husband and I were excited to try it on their first day of their soft open. We were immediately seated when we arrived. They currently have a limited menu at the moment, so not everything was available to order, but we will be back to try other things soon. We ordered the large 1-2 types of meat pho bowl ($13.75) with Tai (eye round steak) and Chin (brisket). I ordered the Princess bowl which is the regular size. This bowl comes with your choice of 6 different types meat ($14.25). I chose Tai, Chin, Gau (fatty brisket), and Gan (tendon). We also ordered ice water for the table which they brought out right away. Our pho bowls arrived shortly after. The regular bowl is slightly smaller than the large and it was nice for us to see the difference in size. My husband and I really enjoyed our bowls. The broth was nice and savory. The basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, and jalapeños were fresh. It was really good. My husband took some of his home while I finished my bowl. Service was great. It makes me so happy to know that I don't have to drive far to get a decent bowl of pho now. I'm so glad they are part of the AV Town Center now. Welcome to the neighborhood, Pho King Way! I hope they eventually expand their seating to the outside patio because our community has been waiting for a good pho restaurant to open. I'm not sure if they are on the food delivery apps yet but they are open for dine-in and take out.

This Pho Beef Soup was absolutely incredible. The service was so fast and the gentleman serving me was so polite. I've had Pho many times, all over the world. I have to say this place killed it. It's very hard to make pho soup at home, so I really appreciated this meal. I will definitely be coming back many more times. Absolute favorite comfort food.

The fillet mignon pho was great with a good portion of steak. The bbq pork bahn mi was delicious and had plenty of pork and pickled veggies on a fresh French roll.

I love this place, I visited two times already. Foods are a little expensive, but it is still great!

I am leaving this review because the place has just opened and they can improve something. So, Pho was good, but a bit salty and portions are small too. Very little meat, but a lot of noodles:). The waiter didn't pay any attention to us. And the guy at the register was multitasking while the waiter was eating at the table and customers were waiting.‍And the most disappointing thing: the bathroom. It's been couple days they are open and bathroom is super dirty.. Seems no one is taking care of it..In general everything was fine, nice interior and taste of Pho, but the service and cleanliness of the bathroom needs improvement.
