Pho Hoa Soan

Might be known for their beef but Pho Ga (chicken) is good also. Clean spot. Highly recommend.

To the owner lady I assume was working the register, The worst show of customer service with no accountability. Our pho was served cold, no steam, nothing. banh pho was still hard. We told the waiter. He asked us what would you like us to do? Reheat? How about you give me some more hot soup? Ok. He brought out a small bowl of hot soup, maybe 4oz. When we went to go pay and was charged extra for soup. I told her the reason why we asked was because you served us pho cold. Banh pho was still hard. She said you wanted extra soup. We have to charge for it. Should've let us reheat it. Well, you asked me what I wanted to do. She stated again, You wanted extra soup so you will be charged. I told her we wouldn't need to if you had originally served us properly. How you going to expect me to eat pho that is still hard and soup was cold? Should have better quality control before you serve it. She got hostile and said next time you let us reheat your food, don't ask for extra soup. Well, I didn't come here to eat microwaved pho. There won't be a next time. Have some accountability when you made a mistake, how about saying we apologize how can we make it better next time? Don't put your mistake on your customer and make them pay for it. Is the 4oz of pho soup that important to you? With that attitude torward customers, don't expect people to come back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The owner with glasses was rude to us and provided no customer service. He was only nice to the people sitting at the table next to us because they were a different race. He treated them with respect out of fear and constantly checked on them to see if they were doing good. He did not check up on us once. Truly a race thing against his own kind. I wouldn't have left this review but he was rude to us and not very nice. Don't come this establishment!

Trong đầu em nghĩ đem về cho con chó ở nhà chắc ẻm sẽ vui. Nên khi ăn xong e ra tính tiền có xin hộp đựng về. Chị tính tiền (tóc đen dài đeo kiếng) có vẻ ko vui nói là chỉ có bọc mới đựng vừa. Em cảm ơn đàng hoàng nha. Sau khi bỏ vào bọc sợ xương đâm lủng bịch nên em quay lại xin thêm 1 cái bọc. Tại vì còn tính đi lòng vòng mua đồ. Chị ấy khó chịu ra mặt nói là đáng lẽ xí quách free chỉ ăn tại chỗ ko cho đem về, tay xua xua ý ko muốn cho. Xong nghĩ lại vẫn lấy bọc cho em. Ko lẽ em vứt luôn xương lại. Ko biết chị ấy thấy bài đăng này ko thì nhắn dùm em tiền 2 bọc và xí quách free đáng lẽ ko nên cầm về bao nhiêu tiền, lúc nào em đi ngang em trả tiền. Em hay đi chợ gần đó lắm. Xui hôm nay ko đem cash thôi. Vậy nhé! Chào thân ái và ko bao giờ quay lại!À sẵn tiện review đồ ăn: phở bò ăn cũng được. Thịt nhiều miếng dai nhách nhai ko nổi. Phở gà đi bộ thì giống gà công nghiệp. Best pho restaurant I highly recommended.Nice ambiance and very clean & good service! The broth is very tasty.

This is a solid bowl of pho. We got seated pretty quickly. I ordered the pho tai, and got it with the large flat noodles. They had filet mignon sliced for the meat. The meat was so tender and was not overly cooked whilst in the soup. Pho on a cold morning with the aroma, flavor and noodles were perfect for me. The pepper on top was a nice touch.

Good service but "nạm" is hard and doesn't smell good. "Nước lèo" is okay.They charged me $1 if pay with card when my total under $20.

Owners of this restaurant are selective about their customer service. They treat you based on how you look. The food is average at best, but the worst part is that they treat you like you're coming in to ask for free food. My partner and I were being watched while we were eating made it really uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place and there's a reason it's quiet. Stay away and find better pho restaurants to dine in at.

First time I came to this restaurant with friends and tried Pho chín nạm gầu gân sách. I'm very picky on Vietnamese foods and I must say this is the place for Pho. Broth and beef were really good and tender. My friend had chicken noodle soup and I tried some from her. Chicken meat was tasty and well marinated. We all really enjoyed our food here. Definitely come back!
