Very delicious flavors. Enjoyed the pho and the noodles. Great presentation. Clean and bright restaurant. Price is a little high for a Vietnamese Pho restaurant. Easy parking. Located in the same shopping center as Broadard but on the other side of the street.

I came here because of their CUTE Pho Bowl! : ) and the presentation of the Pho Ap Chao. Besides the cute presentation, the tastes were not as unique as I expected. We tried both North and South broth. Broth was good. Little amount of meat and pho noodles compare to other Pho places. I had to order extra pho noodles to feel full. The whole place was full except for two tables. We sat by the door right in front of the cash register. The female staff on that Friday night literally ignored me when I raised my hand to ask for help. I had to raise my hand again to get her male co-worker who was standing next to her and came over and assisted me. I only asked for help 1x. Afterward, they all went to the table on the side by the wall in front of the restroom to pick out some vegetables, laughing and checking their phones. Nobody checked on our table or any tables so I guessed that was the norm. We finished our water but nobody came by. We left as soon as we finished so I did not want to raise my hand again just for some waters. Another table near us came in after us and finished eating really fast and left way before us. Pho Ap Chao was pretty to look at and staff informed me they cooked in avocado oil so that's a plus. It was basically fried pho noodles with vegetable. Filet mignon pieces were slightly tender but I can still smell the beef scent. Vegetables were crispy which was good. Highly recommend finish eating there and not take it for to-go because they did not taste good the next day. I wish they would use the rest of the noodle to stir fry instead of turning them into these hard pho cake patties on the bottom. Locate inside a big shopping plaza so there's plenty of parking.

As the weather is now getting chillier we decided to stop and get some pho. We found this place on yelp which looked really cute. Stopped by on a Sunday around 4ish, nor lunch or dinner so it wasn't busy. We ordered a northern and a southern pho. The northern pho has the richer complex slightly saltier broth with tenderized beef and flat larger rice noodle. The southern pho has a sweet savory and lighter broth with traditional thinly slided beef and traditional medium rice noodle. It arrived in a 3 tier bowl which was super cute. The first tier had a combination of sauces, Sriracha and hoisin sauce. The second tier had the veggies of bean sprouts, jalapeño, lime and Thai basil. Lastly the third tier was our noodles and broth. The meat came on the side. The broth was hot which I appreciated. I tastes both broths and they were both really good. I prefer the thick flat noodle so I had the northern pho. We also ordered the banh quay, which are asian donuts that were perfectly crispy yet chewy. I dunked these in my broth and they still had the initial crunch. They also brought a Thai basil in a glass bottle which we were able to take home as a little souvenir which I thought was so thoughtful. The service was lovely and we had a good experience. We will ba back this winter for sure.

I like that Pho Flavor carries both northern and southern style Pho, that way I can have both! The flavor for both was actually really subtle, I think I do prefer a stronger flavor broth. Because of that, I wouldn't go here to get my pho fix unless I really wanted to have both styles. The broth was hot enough and they definitely gave a good amount of meat. Presentation was also lovely!Service was really good, and I love the little basil bottle they give you. It was baby friendly for our 9 month olds, I appreciate that they gave us scissors.I would still come back to try the flying pho dish

It's been pretty chilly outside, so my friend and I were craving something warm. This was the perfect way to satiate our craving. We came here on a Wednesday night and it wasn't busy at all, so we didn't have to wait to be seated. Service was quick. We both ordered pho dac biet. She ordered the southern style and I ordered the northern style. I love the way they give separate dishes for the veggies and sauce and stack them onto each other. It's a cute concept, and the soup was delicious. I still prefer other pho spots like Pho Akaushi, but this one was still good!

Unique presentation with the "flying / floating" noodles concept. Ordered pho bay ap chao chay which was literally elevated pan-fried noodles that came with veggies. Decent size portion as there were leftovers. Ambiance was classy as they played instrumental jazz in the background. Service was relatively quick as it was later in the evening. Apparrently they offer complimentary frozen yogurt after your meal (noticed other patrons receiving dessert) but they forgot about me until I asked.

Parking ~ close to the restaurant Service ~ in the middle of the day, the service was quick and the staff were kind. They must have made adjustments because of the many complaints about the poor service. Food ~ Absolutely delicious and fresh! I ordered the Pho inside down for my son to eat as a to go item, so let's see what he thinks. I would definitely come back again, soon! So, when your taste buds feel like eating Pho, try this specific location. It's delicious! The other location only has drinks and Pho on their menu, which is strange, so I went to the location off of Brookhurst.

Great pho, great ambiance and clean location in fountain valley ( brookhurst and Edinger ) on Edinger side. Plenty of parking.quick service. I have been here like 12 times or more. I preferred the larger meat ball. There is slight change. Don't know why. The dish is still good. We took 2x # 4 and 1 x #7 all south flavors and large noodles. Weekend always busy. Highly recommended.Ps: No cash. credit card only!
